After after searching the immediate area for potential threats, soldiers the 108th Company set up security perimeters around the construction site, patroling the ground and sky. 8 hours after landing on the island, Delandian forces gave green light for the first construction efforts to commence. There were no complications as the InGen teams flattened the site and started using heavy machinery to prepare the foundations. Since then, transport helicopters have kept up a steady supply of workers, machinery and material to the island.

Thats a great explosion. The cameras are also a really cool detail.

Wow! That's massive. A very ambitious project, so take your time. I'm hyped for when it's finished.

Lovely. I especially like the rusted looking roof plates and the design for the walls. There's basically nothing to improve, its just great build.

[GBW] - Free Build - Deland Republic - Control Center

Thanks, I am definitely going to try and avoid using copy and paste as much as I can. -
A Mortar Team of the 56th Mortar Company is training in one of the many forests throughout the country. After digging out and fortifying a position, they have started test firing at designated targets. Though mistakes can always happen... "What do you mean, we hit an orphanage?" I'm going to put more detail into my builds from now on.

Ok, I'm going to start working on that. There's actually a lot of details in most of my builds, the thing is that in the images you often can't see them. For example behind the big screens here, behind them there is an elaborate construct of support beams and such, you just can't see them. -

Yeah, thats kinda on purpose. By having no distractions, even subconcious ones, the personnel can focus on their work. And more colors just wouln't really work with the general theme. -
General Gruber is inspecting one of the many control centers located throughout the Deland Republic. From such facilities all orders are distributed throughout the military. General Gruber and two Guardsmen. Guardsmen are specially trained soldiers, that follow and protect important political and military figures.

[GBW] - Presentation - Deland Republic - L-56 IFV
Mirror1810 replied to Mirror1810's topic in The Great Brick War
Thanks. That just inspired me to test, wether or not I could make it buildable IRL. If I change some pieces and color a few ones differently, it would actually be buildable. It just wouln't look as good. -
[GBW] - Presentation - Deland Republic - L-56 IFV

I actually wanted to go with a light gray industrial looking base, but it just didn't look good, so I went with the desert-like ground. But well, at least that means the camouflage works. -

Now that's just awesome, considering you built it in real life. The balcony and street looks great and I love the subtle wordplay with the leaders of the military branches. Terrific! -

@TheBeeze Oh. Im sorry, I wasn't even thinking about that. Which one will be submitted then? Thanks -
The Deland Republic is showing off its military prowess in a giant parade. People from all over the country have come to experience this spectacle. "Look Granny, Soldiers!" (The chest decal on the soldier won't render properly for some reason. Normally it looks better)
