  1. This is a stunning MOC 'lisqr', very well done. I'm pretty sure when you add a few minifigs (the hazmat guy will be awesome in this one) it'll be become even more lively. Look forward to that.
  2. Nice find! Although it does not completely resemble the fine lines of the real Opera House, I do think it's a nice addition to the current Architecture line. This one will not appear on my list though.. /Offtopic Any rumours on any upcoming large scale architecture/D2C/Creator-like sets such as Tower Bridge, Taj Mahal and Eiffel Tower? /Ontopic again :)
  3. It's great to see the final lay out after so many updates. It really comes nice together. Many has been said already, but the many details makes this a outstanding MOC with a classic touch. One little comment: I assume you need to finish the pavement yet (eg. in front of the police office)? Brick on Tiger ;)
  4. Wow. That's an amazingly huge ship! A lot of original ideas and details. You certainly master LDD building very well. Keep up the good work!
  5. According to "Brickipedia" series 6 will be white/gray and series 7 will be red. 2010: 8683 Minifigures Series 1 Color: Yellow 8684 Minifigures Series 2 Color: Blue 2011: 8803 Minifigures Series 3 Color: Lime Green 8804 Minifigures Series 4 Color: Orange 8805 Minifigures Series 5 Color: Light Blue 2012: 8827 Minifigures Series 6 Color: White/gray 8831 Minifigures Series 7 Color: Red Also, according to the same website: "In July 2011, an e-mail was sent to V.I.P. members telling them to vote for their favorite minifigure from Series 1-3. The top 5 picked will be announced in November 2011, and a set will be created featuring the chosen 5 in it, to be released in 2012, available only for V.I.P. members." Interesting!
  6. I concur. Absolutely stunning, Sheepo. I'm curious what your next project is going to be!
  7. Hahaha great use of you MOC, this story reads like an exciting comic book :)
  8. Big WOW! Very nice MOC. The level of detail is excellent and I like the way how you have incorporated many different minifigs in the audience. Lively atmosphere!
  9. That's a great start of a brand new town StevOOO. I like the way how you've incorporated a police station and a doctor's office. Also, the cafe is a nice touch as well! A pretty busy town, with plenty of things going on (from backyard up to the roofs). Would love to see your future expansions.
  10. According to "Brickipedia" series 6 will be white/gray and series 7 will be red.
  11. Awesome! Very clever designed and a good Technic copy of the original machine. Would love to see more details on the build. Cheers.
  12. Any rumors on a new large Creator set for 2012 in line with the Grand Carousel (10196), Eiffel Tower (10181), Taj Mahal (10189) and Tower Bridge (10214)?
  13. Interesting idea. Never seen a MOC Cemetary here before and I love it. I agree with the comment about the height of the gate but like all the small details you have put in there. Good job!
  14. Wow, I love your town. Nice modification to the Town Plan Town Hall. Perhaps the cinema may look a little small next to the CC.. I guess that's why it's so busy in front: there are only a few seats left ;)
  15. 3. Ninja Nin's Underwater Bank & Money Transfer -- 2 points 10. Spacy Smoke's Sunken City Corner -- 2 points 11. Thor Lund's Subvan Campicus SXF 2000 -- 1 point Good luck!
  16. Dear Nicker. In the first photo you can see that two 'towers' appear back-to-back. The second image is what you get if you buy one set.. Nevertheless, this set is a must have for all Castle fans out there!
  17. In one word: stunning! For me this release really came as a surprise. I would love to build these mini-models, especially because I recognize some interesting SNOT (eg. in the mini-MS as well as mini-CC). On my list for sure.
  18. Wow! Amazing details. What a nice scenery and good job on the slope of the road.
  19. I believe you did a nice job when concerning the pieces that you had on the shelves. Of course there's room for improvement (eg. more details to the front and roof), but for now your modular street is a lot safer with a fire station around the corner!
  20. Wow! This series again amazes me and even surpass the previous series IMHO. There's not a single minifigure that I don't want in my collection. Hope that these preliminary images represent the actual ones! /dreaming ON And to dream on even further, perhaps one of these figures serve as a clue for the next Exclusive landmark set. Because we now have the Lady Liberty (to go with the Statue of Liberty - 3450), but also have the typical French mime (series 2, to go with the Eiffel Tower - 10181) and the English Guard (series 5, to go with the Tower Bridge - 10214). Perhaps the Roman legionnaire serves as a hint for a Colosseum? /dreaming OFF
  21. I like it, especially the accompanying movie to explain its features! That's a clever mechanism that you use there. Very original and it adds a lot play-ability to the model.
  22. Thanks again. Yes, but I'll need a few more (and more significant) posts before I'm able to post a message to the B/T/S section
  23. Thank you for that. Unfortunately, both sellers don't ship to Europe/Netherlands.. Is there anyone around here (preferably Europe) that has a (complete) set for sale? I have an Eiffel Tower (10181) set new in sealed box for trade.
  24. Thanks for providing the link to the review. I missed it in my search on this forum.
  25. I didn't want to start a new topic (although I think this topic should belong in the "Special LEGO Themes" section), but I was wondering what the opinions are regarding the Statue of Liberty set (ID 3450). Thus far, I have collected the Eiffel Tower (10181), the Taj Mahal (10189) as well as the Tower Bridge (10214) which were all fun and interesting to build. I'm looking into acquiring the Statue of Liberty set, but would really appreciate the opinion of those who own this rare set. Perhaps you also have a few photo's to share? Thanks!
