  5. @Zerobricks Thank you. You are right the center of weight is a little bit to high. But to my surprise, it works very well. Maybe i try to optimize this. Greetings Jumhansen
  6. Hello, tried to build a new boat before the pool season ends. It is based on the boat-hull part-n° 62791 and the boat-deck part-n° 54101. Specs: Weight: 940 gr Lenght: ~ 46 cm Width: ~ 11 cm Heigth: ~ 17 cm (with keel-weigth ~ 22 cm) Power: Buwizz 2.0 Drive: buggy motor with two ships-propeller mounted on a large turntable Steering: servo motor with working steeringwheel openable trunk in the front for the buwizz Pictures: Video: Video is being created and will be released soon on my YT-channel... Greetings Jumhansen EDIT: Video is online now ! Enjoy !
  7. @pow Yes i made a "raceboat" with that configuration. It was not the fastest, maybe the pool is too small. The thread is here. https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/195188-pool-season-begins-new-lego-boat/&tab=comments#comment-3626114 Jumhansen
  8. @pow THX. I tried to built the boat more wide then long, depending on the steering with those two 360° azipods. But your are right, using the floats in two rows is also nice, made this with raceboat moc. @Celeri THX. That´s why it like to built Lego - boats. Jumhansen
  9. Hello all, here comes another lego technic boat built to inspect our pool. It has two 360° azipod drives and a camera-crane for inspecting the pool. Yes ! It is time to clean the pool ground ! Picture´s: Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vF8xiMtjRaQ Enjoy ! Jumhansen
  10. @TangersTechnic THX !!! Greetings to Australia. Stay tunned ! Jumhansen
  11. @aFrInaTi0n You´re right. Maybe buwizz invent something waterproofed. 😊
  12. Here comes some addtional information and pictures. lenght : ~ 60 cm width: ~ 20 cm heigth: ~26 cm weigth: ~1,2 kg I have added a clutchgar for the stearing, because the cracking sound when steering too long. Jumhansen
  13. @aFrInaTi0n You´re right this cracking sound belongs to the steering motor if you steer to long in one direction. Maybe i try a clutchgear.
  14. Hi there. Let´s start the pool season with a new lego boat ! Enjoy ! Jumhansen
  15. Hi @aFrInaTi0n, where did you get these cada propeller - blades ? My last thermals moc worked fine, but i think i need some more ! Jumhansen
  16. Hello everyone, here is my next experiment with the large lego propellers. I hope you like this funny project and the "shorts-video". [media] [media] Jumhansen
  17. @aFrInaTi0nyour welcome . Setup # 1 is the better alignment with more airflow and goes up to ludicrous mode then cut off. Setup # 2 isn´t nearly so good. "again what learned" Jumhansen
  18. @aFrInaTi0n Officially i use this anemometer for blower door tests, in this case it is also good for testing lego propellerblades. I have made videos of both configurations. I´m just cutting the vidoes and upload it to youtube. But i´ve forgotten to display the voltage & currents in the buwizz app. So stay tuned, video is comming. Jumhansen
  19. @aFrInaTi0n What will you do with 15 propellerblades ? If i have a few minutes left today i´ll test it with my anemometer.
  20. @aFrInaTi0n I hope this propellerblades will reach the value of gold. Otherwise the panel nr. 5 or nr. 6 works also very nice. I´ve built a small vehicle with thoose panels, just for a proof of concept. Thread is here in this forum. Just build something with this curved panels or the bigger one´s. I´am very excited what you will show us ! UPDATE: The propeller on the left hand side is the original one, as shown in the video. The propeller on the right hand side is the one, turned 90°, as you mentioned. I will try these two setups Jumhansen
  21. @aFrInaTi0nCool idea ! I never thought about turning the propellerblades by 90°. I will try this. That part is really expensive and rare. Jumhansen
  22. @aeh5040 THX ! @aFrInaTi0nWhat do you mean with "angled by 90°" ? Jumhansen
