  1. Thx Zephyr1934, unfortunately I made a mistake. The guard site is smaller instead of broader. The chassis is 6 studs, the front at the driver-side will be 7 studs, the other side with the round parts are up to 8 studs. The drawing is made in Bricklink studio, and I use their parts numbers. I wil gather the cheapest bricks I can get. For the track I have the idea to print them from ABS. Not in the standard Lego form, but only in the standard gauge. I will start with R72 or R88.
  2. I started with a Southern Railway Maunsell Push-Pull set. Two coaches and a M7 locomotive. Here you see the first results. https://plaatjesvoorforum.files.wordpress.com/2021/09/maunsell-03-1.png
  3. Phil B, I am brand new in this forum. The house rules are unfamiliar. I searched for an earlier answer for my question, but found only this old thread. You cannot asked from me to read the thousands earlier threads. As also it’s not clearly for me when a question is train related or electric related. So I will start a new thread related to my first Train project: a British Maunsell Push-Pull 2 car set, with a M7 Class locomotive, and will ask all my questions there. Who want to give answers can show me the right way.
  4. Hi Mark, I am new in the Lego train scene. I am making my first 8-stud UK coach. My idea was to use two PF motors in the bogies, as you did. But how did you combine them to one IR receiver and one battery box? Do I need more components?
  5. I downloaded Bricklink’s Studio. The amount of bricks is very limitative. I see in the tutorial a lot more bricks. How can I get them?
  6. Thx, but I mean the virtual ones in Lego LDD.
  7. Where can I find these bowed blocks?
