I think by now it's clear that correcting this issue is not a priority for the company. When I requested parts with the correct color for my Sian, they decided which parts to send me without seeing my build, and amazingly they were not the correct color. After that I resolved to simply include the incorrect colors as a badge of honor and a unique variation of this set.

@blondasek How were you able to upload such high-res pics? I was limited to 100 kB! @emielroumen Fundamentally agree with you, but my investment in larger LEGO sets seems to have introduced me to a new world via this forum and it's a lot of fun! :)

The color issue is more pervasive in my set, including more types of pieces than you identified. I hope you can see it in the picture.

Good luck contacting them. I did the same when constructing my Sian. They promptly responded saying they were aware of the issue, knew which pieces were affected, and would send me replacements. Ultimately I got just a few pieces – far fewer than the actual number that were miscolored – and they were identically miscolored. I took that as a sign that I should emblazon the Sian with the mismatched pieces like badges of honor.

Couple of updates: first, thanks to @allanp for clarifying that both door levers should operate in the same direction – it sounds obvious, but I have been surprised at how little the written documentation discusses the operation of the vehicle. It was actually quite satisfying to disassemble the car piece by piece until I was able to identify the error, fix it, and put it back together again. Felt a bit like surgery! Second, I did get the replacement parts from LEGO – and mind-bogglingly, they were exactly the same color as the ones they were intended to replace, so no idea what LEGO's intent was.

I've completed building the Sian, and have a problem that I so far have not seen discussed anywhere. I expect it is the result of human error, but have very limited reference material to address it. It has to do with the mechanisms for operating the scissor doors. First of all, the doors just don't seem to fit on the car very well, and perhaps by design do not easily lock into a fixed position (requires some micro adjustment every time). Second, while the driver side lever needs to be pushed down for the door to swing up, the passenger side lever seems to be in the opposite orientation – when the lever is up, the door is swung open. While I assume I simply made a mistake somewhere, after inspecting the mechanism, I can't really see how I did, because it would have required me to put several parts together in exactly reverse order. Does everyone else have scissor doors where both levers need to be pushed down in the same direction for them to open? Separately, I definitely feel that LEGO has underestimated the severity of the color mismatches among various types of pieces – and it is apparent in the front of the car, on the rear spoiler, and along the top sides. When I submitted an email requesting support, I received this response: "We’re very sorry you’re unhappy with the color of some of the elements in your LEGO Technic Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 set. We use a number of different materials in LEGO elements to provide the best play experiences to those of all ages. Due to differences in the way some pieces are made, it’s possible for variations in color to occur. However, we’ve reviewed all the elements included in the set and have found that one of the elements, an axle connector (6308234), doesn't meet our color quality standards. We're committed to making products that meet the highest quality standards, so we're sorry for letting you down. Amit, I am sending out part 6308234 to you." Obviously that is not the only part where the color mismatch exists, but at this point I am prepared to accept the variations as part of the set's character.
