It appears now he is in Laticum, running a criminal organisation, or at slightest a prostitution ring. He was actually operating it from the inn next door with one accomplice at the scene. I attempted to fight them, but was severely outmatched so I retreated for help. Now, the owner of said establishment refuses to let us at him without a permit." "But mark my words, if Bacari is allowed to stay here, prostitution will be the least of his concerns. He will make a move for power. "
