It's been basically two weeks and we're almost at 50 already. I'd say we'll get 100 by the New Year at the latest. I might be a little quiet tomorrow for family reasons. So if i'm quiet, don't panic, I wasn't hit by a bus. But JimB, If that's an incentive then a lot of people will join as Clerics and then I'll be an endangered species again. Yipee! The quality of these minifigs is getting random. I had recessed studs for Anakin and Asajj and a regular head for Savage. I always liked the regular head because I have a scar on my forehead that looks exactly like that Y. My Anakin minifig also had very faint printing on his head. You can't see any of the lines on his face for some reason. And if there's one thing good about Savage's hands is that you can just put a yellow minifigs had on him and turn him into a cos-player. I know my MCW entry for this year.

But that was back when Lego made their box's huge for some sets. Lego's reducing box sizes to become greener. Though in my opinion, I like smaller box's because you see the model built and think it's huge compared to the box size. That's why I didn't buy last years Swampspeeder because it looked really tiny. It still is pretty small though for $30.

When I saw this set on my Target's shelves, I also thought the box was tiny. Though what can you expect with 155 pcs.

Wow! I didn't think this thread would be this popular! maybe I should have titled it Castle standards. I guess I'll share my own opinions. Personally, I definitely think that Kingdoms lives up to Castle expectations and standards. The minifigs are great, as is the variety, pieces, and designs. The detail in the minifigs really puts the old ones to shame with their symbol printed in the middle of their torso. As someone pointed out, these guys introduced the great helm! That's just plain awesome. One thing that makes this line great is that it's basically ad revived version of classic castle. It was nice to get this after three years of heavy fantasy. The variety in minifigs is also great. So yes, I think Kingdoms definitely lives up to castle expectations.

Thank you for this nice review. I'm still a proud owner of this great set. I never liked the Toa Mata so when Toa Nuva came out I like them because they were more substantial. Thank you for bringing back great memories.

I got this set on sale at Target for $107. Hopefully it's still on sale for your sake. I do like that last pic as well.

Nice review! This is the only set of this wave I won't be getting since I own the original. But those minifigs are great! My only complaint is Watto's hands. First Aayla, now this!

Well I kind of got back into Lego with this guy But was fully brought back by Indy, starting with this guy. Both are still fully assembled.
