  1. A bit off-topic… I'm not following the Harry Potter forum much these days, but it seems like Lego is implementing buildable items in that theme as well
  2. I really hope so.. because waiting two years to not have all the villains would be a joke :-P
  3. Promobricks anticipated a set and MAYBE two, but it was just a guess, and we never knew what gave them this doubt. So don't take it for a real thing
  4. My hope is a leviathan with updated mark 6, hulk and hawkeye. To complete the quinjet and upgrade all 2012 minifigures. What I expect instead is a buildable megablocks with no minifigures :-D
  5. With star wars having been reproducing the same minifigures for 20 years and the theme is always in the top 5, I don't think lego is worried about BL sales. Also SW is getting sets with minifigures, like all other themes. They have very nice minifigures and new molds. For Marvel it's different: Hulkbuster had awful minifigures, Quinjet a nice but incomplete selection, Guardians has 3 sets with basically 2 minifigures. Antman zero. The summer wave features 2 playsets, one for $15 and one highly anticipated but still incomplete.. And it's the second year in a row with this issue It seems that sales and marketing studies are saying that Marvel fans want buildable things instead of playsets, and that fans don't give a damn about minifigures. and in fact I wonder what studies they are doing… and we haven't seen a new mold yet. there are themes with only one set that contain more than one…
  6. It seems to me that we're all pretty much in agreement that replacing classic playsets with buildable items is pejorative. I wonder what market studies lego did to make this decision.. kids don't want minifigures anymore? They think adults don't want minifigures? Or is the minifigure becoming a luxury?
  7. We know almost everything, there are still two or three mystery sets. Those, plus No Way Home, plus CMF, plus the Tower (and let's not forget the first Marvel encyclopedia) could save the year -in my opinion. so far it's totally disappointing :-/
  8. Too many buildable things, too few minifigures, and it's the same summer trend, apparently... However, to evaluate the year we have to get to the end of the year
  9. Jamie Foxx electro has a very neat polybag! But I don't think we will see a set for amazing spider-man… in any case Lizard is very simple to make, gremlins legs (but also normal printed legs) + new t-rex tail (CMF series 24 ready to use). Normal head mold or new shoulder + head mold like Azog from the Hobbit (if they have the budget to use and want to make it bigger). And since I've been following Lego for so many years but never learn the lesson, I'm still hopeful, I still think it can happen :-P
  10. ahhh ok, thanks, I didn't understand :-D In my opinion that helmet is too specific, I expect a new mold (for cmf there are no budget problems), or a simple molded head. No ned, mj and strange is not a problem. no lizard is a huge problem :-/
  11. With two all-white moon knights and storm in the white suit, I doubt they'll do another black and white minifigure
  12. uh thanks, but I still don't understand the meaning of the comment :-(
  13. That hairpiece is 20 years old now and Lego loves pointy ear hairpieces, in my opinion it's a safe upgrade. Maybe they keep it for Wolverine, since he has a primary hood and the toupee is secondary, but I think if there is a big revival of the theme, sooner or later, we will have a new one for Logan as well.
  14. As someone had already pointed out, Beast can easily be upgraded with the coat. Wolverine and Storm, compared to the CMF, can only receive a downgrade :-D but other than that, what new pieces and accessories do you think they could receive??? I thought of a new mohawk for Storm, a toupee with ears for Beast, and for Wolverine I'm undecided: a new mask with white eyes, like the new Batman? a new shoulder armor system? new claws? what do you think
  15. Black humor :-( he is the same user of the tower rumors, Falcon said that the account was created on April 1st :-/ (I also noticed that he listed Pepper for the tower but he doesn't appear in the movie either…)
  16. You are right. I got carried away with enthusiasm and did not check thoroughly! Also I follow few people on Insta and they are usually reliable, but looking at the profile he is not actually a leaker and at this point I have big doubts that the guy with two posts has real information :-((( Well that means bigfigures are still a possibility :-D my fault. I didn't do my homework well U.U
  17. I hadn't noticed this detail! I wouldn't have believed an account with two posts, but mtdbricks is reliable, or am I wrong?
  18. if you follow the source of the leak you will find the description of all 8
  19. I delete everything because it is probably false information. sorry
  20. Surely it will be the one in the finale, but I honestly would prefer the tailleur Echo may have the new prosthetic leg. that would be very cool Mmm a set to match the cmf as happened for what if… I hadn't thought of that :-O
  21. if you put aside 13/14 dollars every week between now and november you should be able to buy it :-D (i do it) ((The problem is also finding the money for batcave, gringotts and all the regular sets))
  22. Hey really? It seems to me that I have never read this in the last 10 years :-O :-) but now the music has changed, and it is evident that Lego is returning to invest in the theme. In any case it was a consciously rhetorical question, lego does what lego wants to do… and maybe some sets will arrive sooner or later (perhaps more attractive than 76022 so for the next 10 years we won't have to repeat that they sold horribly :-D)
  23. better flash head pictures out there.. of course it wasn't just a joke :-D :-P
  24. Mechs, buildable figures, helmet, cmf, leaked D2C…everything but regular sets! why does lego hate regular sets??? >:-D
