Fellow Stoke Bricker Boots.co.uk has some good deals on. £30 off the Podracers.

So I decided to have a go of this despite my completely rational hatred of MMOs. Muppetjedi in EUnorth2. Come say hi!
-
MassEffectfans.jpg I've completed ME2 on the PS2. It's a fun series and i'll pick up 3 at a later date.

I did read the first 4 chapters of 'Milllenium Falcon' before I realised I'd have to read LotF to care about what happens in 60% of the book, and I'm not doing that because it's LotF. Although literally the first chapter makes the Falcon into a ~*MAGICAL*~ ship so that ruined it early.

Please can we have a companion that isn't the most important person in the universe ever? It's getting kind of boring. I just want a normal person who accidentally stumbles into the TARDIS. Publicity pic... -
I quite like pissed off feathered winged bipedal endothermic egg-laying vertebrate animals. E: really? I can say pissed off but not Angy berds?

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors
simonjedi replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Yeah the Ewoks totally ruined RotJ by being too cute... I love UCS R2 (I wish his dome was slightly smoother but eh.) May 2012 and £150.00? I know what I'm asking for my birthday! -
New Lego Advertising campaign "Imagine!
simonjedi replied to GRogall's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Never heard of it. Before my time and a different country. It mustn't be as iconic or well known as The Simpsons, for example. -
Totally worth it. My favorite part is the protocol droid in the background. Nice eye!

I know TMNT and South park but i don't know the last one. I like the ads though, very simple but easily recognisable. -
Warner Brothers planning CGI/live action LEGO film
simonjedi replied to Whittleberry's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Well obviously they're not going to say shitty in a press release (although they did say Lame-o of all things (!))but 'it turns out in this universe it's illegal to build apart from the instructions' sounds like a shitty dull universe to me. -

I think it's hella stupid, and i still don't really get it. So he likes in a shitty dull world and finds out he's like a Lego jedi or something? Then he has to stop an evil dude from freezing the universe(?) by being creative and not following instructions. That somehow stops the evil plan? -
Ideas for New Action Themes
simonjedi replied to Perry the Platypus's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I'd say have the timemachine/lab/not a TARDIS interior be a bigger set and have the rest of the wave be different time periods with a futuery gizmo or whatever. The story can be evil faction is messing the timelines and NotJack Harkness and his band of time police travel back to stop them. -
Again it doesn't matter. Like them or not 1-6 happened, pick and choose the rest. If you like it then it goes in, if not, it doesn't. Lucasfilm doesn't need to tell you which story about fictional space warriors is right. Where does it stop? Are toy ads canon? In the ad for the new X-wing Porkins survives. Will he turn up in post ANH EU now?* *Before you say anything, Darth Maul obviously got killed, But is appearing in The Clone Wars

It's the same location where they filmed Bad Wolf Bay but it's not actually Bad Wolf Bay. So don't assume that series 7 features the inglorious return of Rose Tyler -
Am I the only one who's noticed that Iron man's hand jets are the LotR ring piece in trans-blue? Also have we had a pic of Stark's head? I want to see how smug he is.

We've just reached the peak of mankind. Nothing will ever top something this amazing. It's just downhill from here.

First official photo from filming: Ah It's good to have them back. -
The Truth. I don't hate FB (I like both systems) but there is only so much you can do on one planet with 7/8 different factions. 40k has much better scope. PT Jedi are the BEST! No idea who gave it me, but I got it due to comments I made during the Star Wars thread's monthly Prequel-bashing circle jerk. I called the Jedi a bunch of incompetent morons.

EU chat: Luke Skywalker and the Shadows Of Mindor is a pretty decent read. I recommend it. Really? Considering the EU in general..That's...That's quite an achievement. E: Oh yeah I've been meaning to answer this: Mainly the fact that large parts of the film is actually 'there' There was Models, Minitures, Actual sets, stop motion photography, puppets ect. Things felt weighty and real. Clones and Sith has really obvious and fake looking CGI and it was distracting because everything was so 'floaty and distracting.' Ian McDiarmid. The music score. Duel of the Fates. Maul. The Podrace. The sound design. The Naboo fighters.

Ideas for New Action Themes
simonjedi replied to Perry the Platypus's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I would unironically like to see Time Cruisers come back. Only as a proper theme instead of a way to get rid of over produced pirate hats. Think about it. -
No, I meant better. It's was just some examples of the stuff that stuck out to me more. It's pretty easy to guess what the stuff I liked about the film is. I'm not see the blu-ray but like Clone O'Patra said It's afaik the coruscant deleted scenes and the podrace is longer and has more 'wacky hyjinks'
-
So I saw TPM3D last night and I was surprised how much better the film was than what I remembered. The stuff that I liked before I still like now but the stuff that I didn't was worse somehow. There is some weird editing choices and some really atrocious line delivery. I admit I got chills when the theme tune started and I'll definitely see the OT when it comes out..

http://photos.sirstevesguide.com/lego/p41416-lego-star-wars.html Nope. Just a single one. I'm supervised that Lego hasn't released a double bladed hilt considering how much more useful it is compared with some molds.
