I like this battlepack, nice choice of figs and the sliding door is very cool. the only thing i don't think fits is the little hover cart, i don't think it fits, personally i'd put a mouse droid (if it doesn't count as a fig) and a little armoury/control panel (the blue lit semi circle one from the jedi knight games.)

I've just seen the preliminary pics (!) so a few of my thoughts: I don't like the front cannon thing on the droid trifighter, it doesn't fit the blue colour scheme, The Arc looks pretty cool, never managed to get one in 05 and i love the Tie defender. Surprised about the lack of tauntaun in the REbel battlepack.

I agree with Rocky, its a bit 'eh so what? seen it before.'

Sorry for the bump but KotOR1 and ALL of the jedi knight series have been added to steam. :D £15 (don't know what it is in $ and euor's sorry) for all 5 JK is stupidly cheap for some of the greatest Star Wars games ever.

I've just had a quick flick through his site and some extremely impressive stuff. Noitables for me are the lit up republic star destroyer, The BSG viper (extremely well painted.) The X-wing and The falcon. Shame that Models in movies and tv shows are a dying form nowadays. I've always preferred model shots instead of CGI

I'm all for the return of the HP lines. Some of the sets would look good updated. I got the sorting hat set in the paper and i thought it was a nice little set. Unfortunately the entire range occurred during my dark ages so wasn't able to get any other sets.

Do weapons and the clone accessories count as going towards the 50 -70 piece count? lightsabers for example will take up at least 2 peices (hilt and blade) if the clone accessories do count then how do you judge them? do they count as one part (i.e the bag in the gunship/BP) or is each accessory separate?

I'm not a fan of the back story and the general idea. To me it personally doesn't feel like a battlepack (I'm not a fan of the back story and the general idea.), it just seems (no offence intended) that you created a nice humorous MOC and because it fitted the criteria it was entered in. (once again no offence meant it just seems like a little diorama instead of something you'd go out and buy.) However the little Chariot is amazingly well done for about 60 pieces.

Yeah sorry, you're about about 6 months late. I tried to get it rebooted, but Jim wasn't interested unfortunatly. There should be a another episode of JD's Movie version and there's always apocalypse which features many SWCG Alums.

Speeder bike looks alright, but its a bit too "obvious" for me if you know what i mean? 4 clones and a speeder bike is almost a carbon copy of the original phase 2 BP, if it was a different vehicle (like a small version of the artillery canons in the clone wars movie) then it would be much more interesting.
