  1. I fully agree. That was the main point of my reply.
  2. It's like https://www.lego.com/en-us/history/articles/j-lego-ideas/ The first LEGO ideas (CUUSOO) set 6500 is 60379 like: https://www.lego.com/nl-nl/product/deep-sea-explorer-submarine-60379 or like 21306: https://www.lego.com/nl-nl/product/yellow-submarine-21306 At least not like LEGO 81000 Forma Koi. And let's hope the new 2024 museum will not be robed like in set "60008 Museum Inbraak" (2013). The has been some history museum already BTW: https://www.lego.com/nl-nl/product/dinosaur-fossils-21320
  3. I've created PDF building instructions and partlist for my MOC of the 60283 - Holiday Camper Van You can find it here: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-148427/BrickDesignerNL/racer-60283/ There you can also find more of my MOCs, like for example 20 different toilets and 6 different urinals :)
  4. I would love to see how you made the curve.
  5. Nice all those glasses with honey and the honey combs like we can see in the bottom two pictures
  6. Thanks, my second half 💕 thinks so too. Super! Thanks!
  7. Thanks. I'll have most creations posted on Rebrickable. I'll make sure to share more here as well :)
  8. This is the dark red flower you can find in the to-be-released 10314-1 - Dried Flower Centerpiece LEGO set. I have changed it's colors and have added a steal to match my wifes wedding bouquet. Soon it's Valentine's Day this flower is a great gift to express your love to your loved one, so if you want to build or give one, instructions are free :) It fit well as an addion to the 10280 - Flower Bouquet so it's a very nice present to the ones that already have these flowers. Tested in real I have build this in real, so that's why it contains 26 instead leaves, because that's what fits best. I already gave this flower to my wife, so that's why I can publish it here. She loves it :) He loves me game Make sure you start the "he love me, he loves me not" game with "he loves me not". Costs The model will cost about €8.50 to build from parts ordered on BrickLink. Extra parts Make sure you by additional clips (just a few cents each), some clips tent to break after moving them around on a bar for a few months. If things get lost easilly in your house, buy addition paddle heads as well, so that there are no issues when some have been vacumed up. Let's build the flower! You'll find the building instructions in PDF for free. Share this with love The building instructions PDF has no mention of a price, so it's easy to print on a double sided A4 paper and give it to your loved one.
  9. Soon it's Valentine's Day so I was thinking what to make for my love. I love the Compact Companion Cube of Thomus Bean on Rebrickable and the Companion Cube on BrickLink from aDotInSpace. The one of aDotInSpace is symmetrical but looks a bit too technical and uses bars in brick hole to keep it stable, the one of Thomus Bean looks nicer, but it has some gaps in the model. With this MOC: I try to join the best of both worlds; symetric 3x3x3 cube with no holes, good looks, stability and no bars needed to keep it stable. Tested in real And yes, it's build in real LEGO and played with to test and improve the stability, buildability and looks. Costs The model will cost about €7.50 to build from parts ordered on BrickLink. Let's build this! The building instructions in PDF are free. Share this with love On request I've added a second building instruction that does not contain the price of the bricks, so your loved one won't see the estimated costs of the product. It's the one called 'priceless'. What's next? Don't forget to look at my other models ☺ Share Share a link to this to anyone you feel is interested. Re-use If you re-use this mechanism in one of your models, I love to see it, so share a link to your model that reuses the mechanism in the comments in this topic. Thanks!
  10. What letter would be your preference? Or do you prefer a certain 'number' instead? ;-)
  11. I hope the designer will build it in real bricks, move it around a few times in his room and if needed will improve stability. But it looks good!
  12. 3. The ideas submissions look too close to the original license that the license owner requires them to be taken down or to pay a certain fee.
  13. The big knobs fit on a https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=27448&idColor=11#T=C&C=11 or a https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3680&idColor=86 and https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3679&idColor=86 so they can be turned like knobs. The 1x1 round bricks can turn on a pin without friction.
  14. Would be cool if the lights go brighter when the levers are pushed higher and if the knobs can turn. And if the head piece would keep being curved.
  15. I think hiring that designer would bring a lot of great new design ideas and design improvements for LEGO. So I hope it will be a match between TLG and the designer. I love what he can achieve with just these simple builds. My wife added flower sets to the living room (she even loves building them), and she would love these cute little picture like things as well. She will just buy one every other month and give them a place next to candles, pottery with plants and other sweet things that she adds to the living room to make our place feel nice.
  16. OT: https://www.action.com/nl-nl/p/fietsverlichting2/ (second image is head light, first image of of the back light).
  17. WOW - even better than the LEGO version. :-) Looks like the set should have included some spare parts of the 4218 Garage Roller Door Section without Handle in non-transparent colors, to make sure the main land is not hindered by the light.
  18. I think it's 22168c01 - Light Unit Powered Up Attachment In the LEGO Masters series in NL/BE the LEGO Designer expressed a few times - even in less subtile ways - that he was eager for designs that would bring this LED-attachment as a real added value to a set. Since the price for 'just two LEDs' and a battery box are close to €40,- (excl. batteries) it's a very hard part to sell/to include in a set. For example compare it to a bike LED front light, in NL that's about €0,99 including 5 white bright LEDs, batteries and it's rain and fall proof. One is used for the lights is used for the stove. By the way it should be place next to a 10268 Vestas Wind Turbine, since typically both are near the coast line.
  19. Looking at this photo https://ideascdn.lego.com/media/generate/public/lego_ci/b71b2b86-c342-4ec4-835c-98d13c19c2b3/resize:2000:1333/legacy It looks like there is a mirror under a 45 degree angle behind the fresnel lens. So the led simply shines up from within the tower. In this way you don't have challenges like rotating kabels etc.
  20. In 5 hours and 42 minutes from now the IDEAS review results will be available. I hope that 12. The LEGO Emergency Box by SzegoBalint16 will make it through this review.
  21. And the reply: did you fill it with water first 🤣
  22. I thought that was referring to Nexo Knights instead; with all those Nexo Powers 😉😄
  23. Thanks for sharing your docs! Maybe this website might be of your interest too: https://hubmodule.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
