Seems that once the wheels are on it works better, seemed to be better with the higher resistance.

Have a similar issue, if I hold the model at 90 degrees the drive train works, but if vertical only the front part of the drive train moves, it is as if the parts are stuck but move easily by hand, any advice? can connect rear wheels, any advice, anyone had similar issues? Also noticed had to remove some parts towards rear to allow the shaft to spin.
