  1. With the Turtles being Numbers 301 to 304 we have not seen 299 and 300 yet. Could 299 and 300 be the rumoured Gremlins set? Gizmo and Stripe?
  2. Shrek? The kids will probably like this so I guess it Will do Well. Timing seems a bit weird with Shrek 4 being released in 2010 and Shrek 5 being delayed until end of June 2027. It would be more logical to release Shrek related sets around the movie release but I guess the delay of the movie is problematic considering the planning of set design and production planning at LEGO.
  3. That was started in January 2025 so already a year ago. I see only four buildable cars being available so it hardly seems succesfull. Perhaps Mattel has been thinking “if you can’t beat LEGO, join them”. LEGO has been doing Very well with IP related properties so it could be interresting for Mattel. You could of course be right that Mattel does not want to co-operatie with LEGO but it would certainly be cool if the CMF series 30 would be He-man
  4. I would not rule He-man out. Looking at the mattel website it looks like Mattel is not Very active with their Mega building blocks. Only Some duplo like and hot wheels building sets show up on the US website. Perhaps they are stopping with Mega blocks and are licensing or partnering with LEGO. Mattel not having the Pokémon license renewed with LEGO taking over may also be a sign that Mattel is no longer interrested in the building block segment
