What does everyone think the odds are of lego producing a Train station any time soon?? i’m debating buying 60050 but it’s very overpriced (as with all retired sets) and would hate to buy it and have lego release a newer better version right after... it seems like it would be a good time for them to release a new one with a little road crossing since they are jamming their new roads onto every other new city set... maybe a new train station in the summer?

Do we know for sure that we are getting something train related this year? We just got the croc and passenger/cargo is a 4 year cycle so they aren’t due until 2022... That being said, we just got new road baseplates and we are due for a train station... and lego doesn’t seem to release train sets and train stations in the same year... sooo i wouldn’t be surprised if we got a new train station that implements the new road plates into some sort of road crossing...

I’m no expert but i have always heard an official statement about Lego GWP promos directly from Lego at least a couple days in advance... if i would have to guess, either: A: That GWP will start on Oct.1 and be with any Star Wars purchases of $75 or more (and show up on the October calendar) B: Come with just Cantina and start Oct.1 and be on the calendar (less likely as there is a possibility of the Cantina being OOS by Oct.1... unless they hold back some stock?) I think “A”... anyone else’s thoughts?
