Cad Bane may be worth more than the entire ship and minifigures if he isn't included in a new set soon. -

This just went from one of the worst waves to one of the best sounding waves. A LAAT, the Ghost, Yavin 4, UCS Venator, all in one year. -

Ok so from what I'm hearing the gunship may be legit but the Venator and Ghost aren't? I'm confused because those 3 sets together sound like the most wish listed thing ever. -

The dioramas look great but they suffer the same issue the previous ones had where there's a 30$ price hike just because of the base piece. I feel like these could have been system sets for a fraction of the price. -

I'm not going to defend the clowns who harassed Lego's social media employees and designers over not getting a battlepack or Clone trooper in a 400$ display model set but I think a lot of this stems from the fact a lot of kids who grew up with TCW now have disposable income and want to get Lego sets of vehicles and scenes they couldn't afford as a kid. It sucks when you wanted a Republic Gunship or AT-OT as a kid but couldn't afford it, however now that you can Lego isn't producing them and the aftermarket has surged them to ludicrous prices (ESPECIALLY minifigures, its absurd how expensive some Clones are). For example, Jango's Slave 1 went from 100$ used with minifigures 5 years ago to close to 400$ now. -

This is a genuine question I've had for a while now: Is anyone really not going to buy a set because its based off one scene instead of another? Like are people who have been asking for that vehicle for years really going to see that vehicle that's based on that scene and go "yeah no I'm not buying that now since the boxart doesn't have 'x' planet". I get minifigure people may not be happy but every person they could throw in that set would be desirable. I agree that if it were to happen it wouldn't be based on that scene but I don't think the location the set is based in really matters. -

I'm still holding out for a UCS Home One for 650$ but I doubt Rebel capital ships are as popular to warrant the price point. -

Oh that's absolutely fake but I would love it if Lego keeps throwing us obscure legends Clone legions. At that rate we could get Deviss before Rex. -

Again, I think people are looking too much into how Lego picks which Clones to use considering it seems to be at random. Just look at the 187th and how long it took them to make 501st and 212th Clones. Lego will throw in plain P2 Clones again when they feel like it. -

Swamp Speeder has no clones I'm guessing, or it doesn't exist -

Lego has always been weird with Clones, I would expect either 41st and 327th but they very well could throw in Rex and 501st Clones (not that I or most people would care given he's $100+ on the aftermarket). I'm still hoping we get some obscure legion again like the 442nd or 181st . -

I think a CIS Battlepack is long overdue, at least for droids like the SBD, security and commander B1s, and Commando Droids. I think the issue is most of the older non-B1 droids are using the SBD legs which... aren't well made to say the least. They would probably require a redesigned mold of some sort which I don't see Lego investing in given the only battle droids we see now commonly are B1s (or maybe they will). I think a Pathfinder or Fleet Trooper Battlepack is long overdue since neither of those figures have had their updated versions buyable in mass and they're among the more iconic Star Wars troopers. Even if you limited it to Clones and Imperials there are a plethora of ideas they could do for only two a year and still not run out. -

With the discussion on Clones and army building in general I don't know why Lego hasn't gone back to the two Battlepack per year system yet. If last year was any indication with the accessory packs they would still sell incredibly well. -

Is the 1083 piece set not related to Ahsoka? I thought it was. -

I'm not a leaker but I can tell you with 100% certainty the 650$ set is NOT a Geonosis Arena. -

Could it be a battlepack and its just another price increase like how the microfighter N1 is 5$ more? -

A ST X-Wing would be much more interesting but I could see people getting angry over it due to being a ST UCS. If we get a ST UCS soon though I hope its the Tie Silencer or Atmospheric Assault Lander. -

We didn't know it was a 501st battlepack but we knew an AT-RT and BARC Speeder combo set was coming iirc. It could happen in the same vein that its also a Muunilist 10 Gunship (not a 0% chance but I would bet 100 Cloud City Boba Fetts against it). -

So if the Swamp Speeder is at ~100 pieces for 25$ that puts it being barely bigger than the old battle pack version. If its that big then why not make it a battlepack at the point? -

I genuinely want to know what the set designers are smoking. I take back what I said earlier, I'll take an X-Wing remake over that. Given Lego picked an obscure legion for the TX-130 last year they might as well go with something strange like the 442nd Siege Battalion since they're mostly just color swaps of the 212th Clones
