Okay. I'm thinking about making a car, right? But, I don't really know how a form of steering is done. What exactly is 'Hand of God' steering? How does it all work? I'm sure I have the parts...I've got like, a shmillion Technic/Bionicle parts. And how insane does the frame have to be to put shocks into it. Especially, how do I put shocks on a turning wheel? Could someone post pics of a Technic models' mechanics?

Ooo! A 693 piece set! And it's not a playset? Yay!
-
It's that time of year...so... Yellow snow?

(I'm so lame that I'll say) The Toa Mata.
-
Nice. The Midak is a nice touch. But the legs still look bare, and he has nothing to control the machine with. I do like that you kept the underboob thrusters though. Those were a nice touch on TLG's part.

The discontinuation of the Lego Technic Figure was just silly. Those dudes are amazing. Fo Sho. Oh, and Bionicle colors dive me nuts. I liked the old 01-03 colors better than now, of which, everything is (the darker) Metru color. Bleh. Also, the dark grey color changes are just dumb.

The 10 reasons you know you are a true lego fan
UFO replied to Zarkan's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Well, I've got like, 7/29ths (let's make a weirder number...) of #4... #16- You organize, sparingly. You've got all your System parts in one box. All the Bionicles in another. #17- My...minifigs....must...stay...seperate...from....bricks.... #18-Your old school. Yellow all the way. Lego people are not fleshy. Ooh! I got a good one! #19-You own more Legos than all of your friends. Hm. I'm not very good at this... -
Yeah, I know it's sets of series to series, with the corresponding numbers. But how is is actually done? Is it based on weight? On price? How are they arranged in that chronological order for the set series? Is there some color, shape, flavor that goes first? So, how does set product numbering work?

Tahu's heads too big. He's too silver-y as well. The mask looks kinda cool, and the jets are a nice touch, but still...not working for me. Gali has ears...She'd better look like a girl. Onua looks like a Hordika with a Bohrok head. You know, I don't understand why this can't just take place on the ground. Air is for Lewa, so, wht's the point of even having him and his levitaion mask and air powers? I like the Technic vehicles. The Makuta Mistika look like crap. Much too thrown together. I'm tired of Metru colors. I want to go back to 01-03 green, blue, and red. Bringing back brown would be nice too. Orange is a secondard fire color, and is not very rocky. These guys are a bit weird, but they look amazing for MOCing. I don't know, I'm still iffy.

Hahaha! I like the two figs that are violently making out!

(I hate it when I go through all the trouble of putting up something nice, and nobody posts. So here you go) Hm. Very nice. And posable. Looks kinda like that one Japanese builder's EF Devastator revamp. I always like small models like that, especially ones with the T joints. But how well do those bot hands (For hips and shoulders) stay stuck? I like a nice stiff posable dude. Not like how some people with no sturdyness. There's no point in making something if you can't play around with it.

Ooo! I want it! I heart Lego VW.

Gasp. Large. Bionicle. Sets. With actual Technic pieces! So....Who's who?
-
ARick: Yeah. Exactly off of that Dimension Fort. Nice. This is a worm joint: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/magno/Lu...nt/dsc00005.jpg

Wow. Nice. Only with two sets? Ever better. I really like the ball-jointed legs. Don't see much but crap (made out of good pieces) from the EF sets. It's good to see them utilized in a way like this.
-
Nice. No, you don't have to rearrange anything. Okay, you have to split Copterbot in two to form the arms, but everyone else transforms and combines. Bruticus? (He's not that violent-ey looking, is he?) Cute? Bo...kay...? Yay? Thanks. And yeah, System TFs (combiners are a nightmare) can make you go spaz trying to figure it out. Bionicle things like this are a whole lot less head-spinning. Yeah. Fo Sho. Sooo....Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reinforce something ridiculous like this? Worm joints? Somehow? Where's Yap Alan when you need him....?
-
He's mismatched, unstable, and he looks silly. Also he has minimal articulation due to weight issues. Gallery: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=292366 But he does split into Headbot (Head): Runbot (Legs): Copterbot (Arms): and the transforming Structurebot (Body): (Structurebot is based off of that super-base-starship-robot from Macross, which I've never seen anything but toy pics of.) Gallery: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=292367 I need to work worm joints into his legs somewhere.

Nothing is orange....The bright color is supposed to be red. at least...it's supposed to be. My camera is dumb.... The knee things are supposed to be some sort of spike-blunt-object-portrusions. I agree...the shin guards do look a bit long. It threw in the neon to add some brightness because....I think it looks cool. Though it matches nothing.... So, how's Loem for you?

Huge. Gallery: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=291113 Did what I could with what I had. Simple, sturdy, and posable.

Becuase they're minifigs...That could live in a town.....

They should do the animation like they do the commercials. Just like 3D animated toys. No fingers...or... moving mouths...Just like animated toys...That's the good stuff.
-
Nice. A one piece type MOC, never see those. Looks like Frenzy from Transformers. Probably not very sturdy though.

Um, today I went to Wal-Mart. Then I put my Sigfig on the internet. And then I went to work. And that's it.
