I was gonna say they could give Mario a regular head and a new moulded cap and moustache-nose combo, but I guess at that point you could just give him an entire head. You know, I probably have choosen the very worst time to go against the moulded heads since it seems this is the one time the characters really really need them. I'm going to give one of my hottest takes yet: I do not think the Simpsoms heads looked any good, they should've gone with the same designs they had in the Lego episode. I think having Mario as a regular minifig (with a new cap and moustache mould) would look better. Okay, not "better better", but I always felt like the moulded heads make the minifigs look like any other toy and not like a Lego product, which kinda defeats the point of having Lego Mario. This is a lego set, accuracy is like the very last thing I care about as long as it looks cool. I don't know what makes you so irrationally angry at the very thought of having MJ as a journalist, tho.
