No, we made that one up out of thin air, actually -
When are we getting Tarkovsky's Stalker Lego sets? Idk why you're getting so angry over this, they just said that movies are easier to make merchandising for than books. Like are you genuinely telling me that you dont believe that's true? Sure we get descriptions of the characters and locations and whatnot, but every reader will interpret it differently.

I just saw the new Michael Keaton suit and I think the usual cowl with long ears would fit him well enough, so no way Lego makes a new mould for it. Not that I dislike it, this time I actually think it would work rather well.

Their loss, where else am I supposed to put my figure of fan favourite Ron Barney otherwise? I guess so? I got the opposite impression, since the newest Marvel movie is always extremely present on public conscience, but I might be wrong. Like I'm not saying it wouldn't sell at all, but would certainly be a choice. I don't see it happening 'till 2025 at the earliest. If you add minifigures it pretty much becomes a diorama instead, no? -

I'd argue the Death Star is way more iconic as a concept that the NWH rendition of the statue of liberty. I'd argue it's a different case here. Like Star Wars and Harry Potter are older franchises, but they're not built like a TV show were every movie is just a very expensive episode. Like for example, Harry Potter's Howarts sets are a genious idea because even if you don't particularly care about the movie they're based on, you can still expand the building featured on the other ones. Also it has a more focused set of characters. I dont even like Star Wars, but like the original trilogy are some of the most iconic movies of all time, so its not exactly faded away from public conscience. Even if you love every single Marvel movie, NWH was like 5 projects ago, and people have moved on to the next movie (antman I think?) Like I'm not saying I don't want more Lego Spider-man, I just don't see it happening at this point. -

"If you think Deadpool would be unrealistic, they were unable to use him in the past" Honestly at this point I don't really care about it anymore? Like it's been over a year since the movoe came out -

I mean, she wears a semi-transparent sleeves, so I don't think they'd go for flesh, but stranger things have happened so you never know -

Sorry to rain on your parade, but the minifigure on the promotional image clearly has a flesh arm instead of blue, so she's not The Blue Fairy. -

This is the opposite of what they did with Arkham uniform Joker in the Lego Batman CMF. I think its a genious idea. -
I am extremely curious about this. I'm not being sarcastic, I genuinely would like to know what you mean. You know? We've been chasing those Mario Minifigures for 2 years at this point, but now that they actually seem likely, I'm curious about how they'd look. Would they have a molded head? At the very least he'd need a new molded hat, so at that point what difference does it make from a financial pov? A new mold is a new mold no matter how different, right? I'm extremely curious about what you all think. Mario has a fairly prominent nose, so I can't imagine him having a regular head.

I mean, you said that DC doesn't have many popular locations and I said I disagree. I never said any of those locations would make for a good modular I wouldn't like it as a modular tbh. It could not possibly fit into a city in any reasonable way. Besides, The Lego Batman Movie gave us the perfect iteration of it already (this applies to every Lego Batman set too). It wouldn't, next question. This is the one that, in theory, could work as a modular, in the sense that is a building located in a city. On a more practical sense, no one really cares about it. Like people think this one would be cool because it would have tons of minifigures (same as Arkham tbh). Besides, it's pretty much obsolete, because when people think about the JL they think about... As much as I love spaceships, this one has a 0 chance of ever happening. Like they're not pulling it off.

It's mostly lack of faith on Lego delivering on this theme tbh

I mean there is a lot of iconic DC buildings, but we would probably never get most of them. Like no way we ever get the Daily Planet or the GCPD since we already have the Bugle and the police station. Other buildings like Oscorp and Star Labs I don't see as worth making as a modular, since looking at them from the facade they're regular office buildings.

How many Captain America variants do you think we'll get this time? Do you think they'll stick to only 4? -

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but if this is the case (and I think y'all are right on your predictions) this seems like a very boring CMF. Like there's no much else they could do anyway, but I can't really say I'm extremely excited to get Nick Fury, a Skrull and Owen Wilson with a moustache. I'd go absolutely and totally feral if we somehow got The Mandarin so I could get an accurate Tony Leung head to make a MOC of In the mood for love and Chungking Express, but that has a zero chance of being the case. -

Why are you all so sure 10/12 slots will be spent revisiting the old shows? Like granted, I'd want that too, but by the time the CMF series comes out the shows would be 2 years old, it would make more sense from a financial pov to make figures of the shows currently airing. -

In that case, both evil deeds cancel each other out, making Dr Michael Morbius at your service a real hero. Assuming it's a Marvel set (which seens pretty likely) I agree it probably is not a modular, mostly because the only building they could make next is an Avenger Towers and they'd want it to be bigger. It's probably not an OLD vehicle either because I don't think we have to revisit any memorable vehicle. The most notables are the Benathar and the Quinjet, and we just got both of them. Maybe a new vehicle we're yet to see in a future movie? Maybe a bust? Or maybe... It has to do with Spider-man, I think. -
No way they do Daisy before doing Wario. Like no way at all he do him either, but you get the drill

Maybe it's an UCS Morbius boat from the hit movie Morbius (2022)? (Is there a boat, right? I haven't actually seen the movie) ((I also have exactly one joke)) -

You guys have exactly 1 joke. It looks pretty cool designwise, but it's missing some color. Like I get it's a militar airship and it's supposed to be discrete, but it being all grey makes it seem like it has just been assembled (which is not innacurate) and still needs to be painted. -

It doesn't rule out, as in: Nothing on the list says we're not getting it. That being said, I do not think we are getting it this year. I'm at a blank here, I genuinely cannot think of anything. Even ignoring that it has to be smaller than the Bugle, I can't imagine a modular building that isn't the Avengers tower. Like sure, the Baxter Building/Oscorp/X Manor are a thing, but there's exactly zero chance we're getting those any time soon (if at all). rj/ Morbius house -
