For torsos I can't imagine there being an element id on each piece, the design number is 76382 and it's quite general and not specific to a print. For some piece I guess I can get the element id from bricklink but it is not recorded for all pieces.

My bad, how do you find the element ids if they are not on a manual?

I bought a bunch of saddles at Legoland Germany about 2 years ago, it may have been leftovers from Hoth which was probably the last time they were produced. I got many horses with movable legs in white and brown at that time as well. Would love to head back to Fabrik once the borders open.

No mostly technic, it wasn't just additions to my orders but 2 complete orders that belonged to someone else.

Lego seems to have been moving quickly to get orders out recently, I got 2 of mine together with another 50bucks worth of things that don't belong to me in 2 other orders!

Does your B&P phone orders show up in your order history? The lego customer service helping me sent me an email saying my order got through but I don't see it. I emailed them and they now say it's in warehouse.

If it's sent via DHL I get it within 2 days, normal post takes a week or so. I'm based in Switzerland too.

Ah yes indeed, I checked my invoice and VAT is already included.

I think that is a likely explanation, the customs declaration was written by hand and it's above the limits for VAT here which is about 65 CHF including postage. Mine was 147 just for the parts alone.

Most of my orders came with DHl with no extra customs, this is the first time it came by regular post and I was slapped with the customs fees. Thank you, I will give them a call to see if they can refund me the customs fees.

May I ask if you have ever had to pay import taxes from bricks and pieces? I live in Switzerland and made many others previously without any import taxes on both large and small orders from lego. Today I had to pay 29chf on an order of 118chf value.
