  1. Yep, here: https://bramlambrecht.com/tmp/jamieberard-brickstress-bf06.pdf Page 17 is similar to the first so yeah I’d say illegal.
  2. https://m.imgur.com/a/1vQVJQl I’m finishing a MOC on stud.IO and have found that it doesn’t recognize a couple connections (linked above) as legal. This happens on occasion with connections I do know are legal, but I’m not sure about these two. The first is my preferred, the second a backup. I tested them both out. The first clicks solidly into place, but I’m not sure if the peg fully expands. 16 clicks = 1 rotation. The second I would be very confident in, but the materials may be problematic according to Lego’s official “Stressing the Elements” PDF. What do you think? It’s just a MOC so I could go ahead and ignore the rules, but I try to follow the conventions of official sets.
  3. New to blender, I downloaded it to look for some parts that aren't available on studio. I saw one part, 54937, listed at http://www.peeron.com/inv/master.txt and https://github.com/remig/lic/tree/master/.settings. I also looked on https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptlist.cgi. For my download, I found part 54937 in weights but the actual part doesn't show up. Why is that?
  4. Part 54937? Gotta have it for my dropship's cockpit https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?id=65354&idColor=66&ccName=4287655#T=C&C=66
  5. Late... but this is awesome. Just was looking online for lego dropships and this was near the top. Also would love to see more of the halftrack
