    Sigh. I hadn't seen Brickclicker's video when I posted. With the box design this looks like it is true. I guess it is LEGO giving us less with higher price tags. So disappointing 😞

    The more pics that are posted, the more I think this is fake. Those interior pics are way too simplistic. LEGO uses the modulars to highlight new and complex building styles and use of bricks. I was blown away by the Boutique Hotel. Unless LEGO specifically promotes this as a throwback modular, I'm not convinced.

    They are dark stone gray. They just appear lighter in the picture. They're the same color as the base plate (Scribbulus is light gray for reference)

    I did this and put in a few 1x1 studs so the figures have something to stand on. I added smaller plates to the ones included in the set. I think it looks great.

    I'm changing my Quality Quidditch Supplies to medium dark flesh. Bricklink order sent. It stays a nice warm color that way and IMO looks the best based on the photos. Anyone else changing theirs?

    Could whoever posted the color changes to Quality Quidditch Supplies repost them please? I flew through bags 1-5 and I'm trying to decide what to change it to. I know it's true to the movies and to Universal but I hate pink with a passion. Also, is there any easy way to post a picture to get around the file size limits? I extended out my cobblestone/street and I'm really excited to share it with you guys.

    Is anyone considering trying to make the Gringotts from the 2011 set into a modular? I was lucky enough to find it for a reasonable price a year or so ago and I truly love the set. I don't think it would take too much work. Famous last words though ? Nice! I'm in Centennial. I'm avoiding checking the weather forecast as I was really looking forward to a nice fall day on my birthday and walks in between building DA. With as unpredictable as Colorado weather is, I'm hoping the forecast changes or it misses us.

    I think Lego is just way behind on updating shipping notifications. My status just updated today but it says it shipped on Sept 3rd.

    For those of you looking for figures/heads in the US, there is a seller on the Facebook group Amazing Lego Marketplace, Daniel Sites, that just posted 77 pages of minifigures. I've purchased from him in the past & he's great.

    I placed my order last night. I'm anxiously waiting to see when it ships. I took my birthday (Sept 9) off to build so I hope it arrives by then. I spent last night shopping for generic looking witch & wizard figures to populate it. I also got some 8x16 baseplates to expand the cobblestone as someone here mentioned earlier. I'm SO excited for this set!

    Thanks! I'm on the opposite side of the metro. Lone Tree Target had 1 left of Privet Drive, room of requirement and Forbidden Forest so I snagged them! :D

    Amazon US is now allowing preorder of the HP sets (room of requirement, astronomy tower, etc) with an August 28 release date!! Not exciting for Euro people but great news for us stateside :)

    Anyone have experience ordering from Zavvi being U.S. based? I have followed this thread forever and am extremely excited for the new wave and want them June 1 or soon after...not August. ?
