I doubt we will ever get a gungan set again as lego got stung badly with their first one. They were in discount shops and sales for years after the set was discontinued.

Not to sure about that one, but he does seem to have shock trooper markings.

I too have definitely noticed a change in the brick quality. This may sound strange be i noticed it most in the sound of the bricks! I had just received a large parts order of BL all new blay bricks. When i tipped them out of the bags they came in the sound of the lego was so much different to what i was used to. :-/

Well the reason i started this thread was because my collection is worth around

2 more part orders from BL today.

have thought about buying the set in parts of BL, $285 would probably get you a complete set. I have built a AT-TE this way with all new parts and it cost me less than $100 :-) . New ones sell for a lot more than that now i can tell you.

:-D Lol. All that ranting and raving and you are still going push the sales figures up by buying multiples :-D It's not a great set but it's not a bad set. It is a shame lego think we nead another version of the snowspeeder but when the new AT-AT was anounced it became a bit of a certainty. It will be the the cheapest set to have snowies and you get 5 more figs too, 7 minifigs (1 new) and a probe droid is not that bad for the price. The landing craft only came with 5 for a similar price tag.

It might just fit through as the speeder is 16 studs wide and the opening is 20 at it's widest point. but that does mean the doors will nead to slide almost completely clear of the opening.
