I have thinking the same thats a chance that we will get the diagon alley in micro scale. But the castle is so much bigger and it's harder to do in a minifig scale with so many scenes in a good way for the budget. It would be easier with diagon alley to choose some buildings and then do in a minifig scale with some detaild scenes.

Have someone thought about if we will get a very detaild Gringotts in a D2C set? If they built the vault and take some scenes and do the interior very detaild. Maybe included a dragon to? Maybe with the weasleys shop with a detaild interior and we get the twins with it? Maybe some third shop to. A detaild gringotts would been very fun to build.

I really like when lego give them back printing torso. But i'm with you, I would prefer a printed dress on her. I'm hoping that pictures on the Dursleys would leek son :) I'm so courios how Dudley would look like a minifig!

Why should they retired sets if they are selling good? For example, the modular house parisian came out 2015 and retired this year. Other modular houses have come out after that and retired earlier. If other themes sells worse than hp they will retired and that will create shelfspace for hp. I have seen great hall, whomping willow, Hogwarts express like "best seller" in some websites in my country. But I dont know if the smaller sets sells good.

I hope that not to many sets will be retired. I want more hp sets to release next year, so I hope that the most set is selling good! And the castle, because I dont have it yet. I dont think the Private Drive will included the car. It's going to have more figures than whomping willow, the house will be details (Harry's room) if the rumors is true. And the price is lower. I'm looking forward to this set!

Have someone thoughts if any hp set will be retiered next year? Especially Great hall and the clocktower set seems to be have selling very good. How good do you guys think Hogwarts castle have selling? And the smaller sets? Aragog (and the fantastic beast sets) have been retired this year.

I have seen many that isn't a HP fan recommended in facebooks groups the Hogwarts castle because of it's nice to build even for them that isn't a fan. And it's a nice set to have on a display. But maybe you have right! If they do like modular buildings it probably will be popular even for them that isn't a hp fan and the audience would be bigger. My biggest hope it would be a minifig scale.

I'm not thinks it's going to be taller, I think it's more pieces because of the greenhouse. I think it will be placed like the danceplace in the clocktower set.

I know that Diagon alley is iconic, but not so iconic like the Hogwarts castle :) Because of that I wonder if any of the trusted leakers have said the price. I've reading on stonewars and I don't see a price for a D2C set Oh, good to know! I really hope that the burrow will be one of them!

Hello! I'm new hear. But I have followed this thread availe, love to read hear before I go to sleep. My english is not perfect so you know. Have any of the trusted leakers confirmed a D2C set on ~400 USD? My own thoughts is that not sounds realistic that lego will do a D2C set for that high price. The Hogwarts castle is iconic even for people thats not is a hp fan. But Diagon alley is not that iconic. I think a D2C set for ~200 USD is more realistic that lego will do. I think that set 75978 and 75980 maybe is the Brickheadz set? 75978 is the students and 75980 is Hagrid?
