I chatted with Customer Support and realized I had ordered it as Guest Checkout. I now remember that I couldn't checkout at all as the order would not process if I was signed in so that had slipped my mind in my excitement to get the set. I sent a follow up email to Customer service to inquire about getting the VIP points in my account because of the issue so hopefully they follow through. The Chat representative said that because it was a Guest checkout, the only other update would be when it shipped which they are a bit behind on which makes sense all things considered.
