  1. It was mentioned a few pages ago that some German site said so. But like you I checked S@H and couldn't find any delay.
  2. Exactly. We got to wait for more info or until it's released.
  3. The D2C being buildable objects is just a rumour so far. It *could* still be something else. The Dutch S@H still says 1 June for all HP sets including the Chamber of Secrets set.
  4. What about Slughorn saying "Merlin's beard". :P
  5. I like this theory. Although I want Gringotts more. ;)
  6. I did buy the first HP CMF blindly for a while and then get them from webshops individually. For the second one I bought an entire box and gave two complete sets away to my sister and a friend (both are big HP fans) for their respective birthday. Agreed with the quidditch Ron and McLaggen (mentioned previously) those would fit in a CMF, or LEGO could make another Quidditch pitch set, but based on that movie instead. That way we'd also get Ginny in quidditch gear. But yeah, I wouldn't want a third of the CMF to go to fill this need. An AP would be more appropriate (I feel like a broken record, so I'll stop).
  7. I don't. I'd rather have the unique characters in the CMF and the massable ones in the AP. :P
  8. I actually picked up only one of the student packs, but if a quidditch pack would be released I'd definitely pick up 7. I want to make a quidditch pitch MOC so I want to have all 4 teams complete. I do like the current AP, so I will pick one up, but not more than 1. Worst one for me was Cedric as well. I had a lot of duplicates of him. But the minifigure was good.
  9. Problem is that the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff outfits are not very accessible as they're currently exclusive to Diagon Alley. However the Hufflepuff outfit will soon be very accessible in that magazine at least if you're lucky enough to live somewhere where it's sold. I'm still waiting for it to come to the Netherlands. As for the Ravenclaw outfit that remains exclusive to Diagon Alley for now so that's gonna be expensive to get a full team of. I'm all for getting characters which we haven't gotten yet or since the reboot, but I would've preferred a quidditch accessory pack. Not that there's anything wrong with this pack. EDIT: I just checked BrickLink and it seems the Ravenclaw quidditch torso is NOT sold by anyone atm. The Hufflepuff equivalent seems to be more available. I guess other countries got the magazines already. EDIT2: Due to Clone OPatra's comment below I checked the mannequin instead and that's indeed sold for what was said below.
  10. Perhaps LEGO could do the Hall of Armour approach: release the main thing and then release an add-on. Give us a few more towers/stands for the quidditch pitch including a couple of quidditch players of each house. The accessory pack would've been the perfect place to give us a quidditch player of each house with some accessories though.
  11. I know, but people had to call it something and that's what I often heared. Personally I still like to call it Creator Expert. :P
  12. At least it got a name again. Calling it 18+ felt weird. And tbh Creator Expert was a good name. And your logic makes sense.
  13. I'm disappointed that we're not getting a quidditch pack this year, but this set looks fine. I guess I'll go stock up on that magazine with Cedric then to at least get a Hufflepuff quidditch team.
  14. I prefer the dark blueish gray roofs. But I still like the anniversary sets. I just don't like it that they won't match with the other 2018+ stuff. :/
  15. Woohoo, Eurobricks is back. :) I also wonder if that upcoming HBO Max series of HP will result in sets for it. I wouldn't say no either to more FB sets.
  16. €40!? I thought €35 was too much already...
  17. Personally I find this new system interesting. I think I'll use a combination of the two systems. Below some plusses and minuses of this new system. + You can have all the straight roads you want + Modular roads and crosswalks + Accessoires like stop lights and road signs (although those can be gotten in Xtra polybags) - No proper curved road (although technically you can make a turn by making an L shape) - Height difference between base plates and these plates (making them compatible costs a lot) - More expensive I combined all the sets I've got so far, but unfortunately you don't get additional 2x4 dark blueish gray tiles, so I had swap around a few stuff, e.g. take the 1x4 tiles from the edges of the road plates and add two of them to the middle of a roadplate so I could use those 2x4 tiles to connect the different sets. And to fill up the empty slots that the 1x4's left behind I used those ramps. You could use these new roadplates to make a highway that is not on the ground level. Plus you can use them for bridges.
  18. They really should invent a plural 2nd person pronoun to separate it from the singular one. Like it's done in many other languages. :P So far I got most of the sets that include the new road plates (to try those out) not including the shopping street yet as well as some vehicles like the camper and sports car.
  19. It's been mentioned a few times already, but I don't think it's going to be cancelled any time soon as the theme is very successful (it's one of best selling themes according to the financial statement of LEGO last year) and there's still plenty of sets that they can make.
  20. Oh I see, the R of ratio threw me off as I've only seen it being called PPP (price per piece).
  21. I'm wondering the same thing.
  22. To quote a reddit user named /u/Serbrian: I have to add that the IN abbreviation refers to international as in the international standard, not just the EU or Europe.
  23. My comment was in regards to the combination of the rails with the new road plates. They have the same height, both are two plates high. As for combining the new road plates with buildings on baseplates, yeah, that difference is ugly and indeed hard to get rid off.
