Those sets were just put on a retailer's site (I believe it's Brickshop). They weren't revealed by LEGO
I was just browsing through brickshop and I can confirm the three new City Police sets are in that webshop.
They also got the new HP polybag (as well as the new diver polybag).

Any updates as to what is included in Diagon Alley? Haven't checked here often
Nope, no updates in that regard. All we know is that there's a $400 set of Diagon Alley. No details what so ever. :(

Yeah! That makes sense. I didn't know the Mexico factory had anything to do with us in the states. I thought the factory here in the US dealt with our Lego matters.
There's no US factory. There are only LEGO factories in Mexico, Denmark, Czechia, Hungary, and China.

I must say I disagree. At least in the Dutch versions of the catalogues there have been quite a lot of mistakes in setnumbers, names, character names and releasedates
The Dutch catalogue for 2020 HY2 still isn't available on the site either. :/

Moaning Myrtle already complements the Clocktower set though with the Prefects' bathroom and the Mermaid window. That might be why they've done her in blue tone because she does have more of that colouring when she goes in the water.
I may have forgotten about that part of the Clock Tower.
1 hour ago, RealGeronimo11 said:I agree, but without the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets, and the chamber itself, I feel like the set wouldn't really have much to it apart from maybe a Polyjuice transformation feature or maybe something that launches Riddle's diary at Myrtle, which I reckon would be hilarious
so I think it's more likely to be part of a larger chamber set
True true. But if the polyjuiced trio can be in a set, then why put them in the CMF?
-
Okay, so hear me out, what if they've planned a small set for 2021 featuring the bathroom where they polyjuice with a few bathroom stalls and the fountain entrance to the CoS with the golden trio in both forms, themselves and C/G & cat (as in one trio of minifigures with double faces and additional items like in the CMF like 2 pieces of hair)? A set akin to the RoR set this year. And Moaning Myrtle from the 2nd CMF is meant to complement that set?

What’s special about Wednesday?
FalconFan hinted that last time the cmf was revealed on the last Wednesday of June back in 2018. Next Wednesday will be the last in June this year.

From 1414FalconFan: reminding us that the Harry Potter CMF series 1 was revealed on the last Wednesday in June 2018...
4 hours ago, Accio Lego said:As tempting as the prospect is, series 1 was released in August in Lego stores, while it looks like series 2 will be releasing in September. That could definitely throw comparisons off.
The last Wednesday of June 2020 will be in 2 days, so we'll see soon enough.

I live in hope that we'll get all of the Wesley's except Charlie (as he wasn't in the films) in minifigure form at some point.
Technically Charlie was in the movie very briefly. He was in the moving picture of the entire Weasley family in Egypt.

my brother says the police sell the best in all city subthemes
Isn't it a kinda self fullfilling prophecy if all they make is police then obviously police will sell the best. :P

On top of that, you'd assume that Lego would have more sympathy, especially considering the scandal surrounding the police right now. The last thing you'd want to release sould be a new police wave.
They probably designed and produced those new sets prior to the scandal.

So it's not happening? Bummer!
I didn't imply that it's not happening. I said that the person who originally posted it, deleted it probably because they didn't want to be fired for leaking confidential stuff.

Nothing on the big set with public transport mentioned here?
So far there's been one rumour from Hungary in this thread that there's a big city set with a yellow tram and some vehicles and buildings. Do you know more?
EDIT: Seems like that person deleted his comment due to confidentiality back on page 56.

By the way, the Magical Treasury is up for preorder at Hive for £14.85, RRP £18.99. Does anyone have any experience on how quickly something like this sells out/how low priced they go? As I don’t want to miss out, but also don’t want it to end up costing £5 (although those books have much lower RRPs) or less in a few months time like most of the other HP books with (non-exclusive) minifigures, and me feeling ripped off.
The preview images on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Potter-Magical-Treasury-exclusive-minifigure/dp/1465492372) show the 4 Privet Drive set as well as Hermoine and her patronus. So who knows, maybe it'll show DA too.

I wasn't aware Marvel was getting a CMF?

Did you all see the magazine with the Sirius Black minifigure leak? Looks like it's the same minifigure as in the Expecto Patronum set though.

Can someone fill me in with a quick round up of all this Diagon Alley news as from what I gather it's 250 pieces larger than the old one, is being released separately and everyone is guessing about included stores/shops.
Actually the amount of pieces is unknown. The 250 refers to the price of the old set and the new set. The old being $150 and the new one being $400. Basically all we know is that there's going to be a Diagon Alley which costs $400 and it has set number 75978 and likely release for September.

It will be the same for me when I get it, I have a custom Tonks but she’s not great and I can’t wait to have the official one, and I never got previous iterations of Mr/Mrs Weasley, Ginny, Bella or Fenrir, although before the Burrow was announced I was tempted to buy the 3 Weasleys on BL, glad I didn’t seen as it’s would’ve been like £45 for all 3 ??
I really hope the twins will be in DA. They were one of the reasons I wanted to get the old DA before I knew a new one was coming. I also wonder if we'll get any of the other Weasley siblings. Charlie is probably highly unlikely. Bill could be a possibility for a 7 Potters set and/or his wedding with Fleur. Percy I'm also not sure about in what kind of set he could appear.

If you don’t mind me asking, what other play features does the set have? I only display the sets (don’t play with them), but I do enjoy using the features occasionally, also, in your opinion, what is your favourite part of the set?
The fireplace is basically the only play feature unless you count the fact that you can part the flames so a minifigure can jump between them like Harry did in the film. I only display them too, I'm trying to make a LEGO city with HP integrated into it. As for favourite part, I love the details in the set. I'd rather have a fully enclosed building though, but I understand why it's not although you can already open it up like a doll house, so why not fully enclose it. I guess that would probably make it too expensive. Anyhow, until I got the Burrow the only Weasley I had was Ron a dozen times if I'm not mistaken. Actually all characters besides Harry and Ron were all new to my collection which is another reason I like the set.

I’m happy I didn’t have to choose, I couldn’t get the Burrow where I work so I’ll have to wait until I’ve been paid and it’s back in stock, luckily I have 2 paydays in July ?, do Lego take money for backorders straight away or when they ship them?
They will put a hold on the amount, but won't take your money until it's shipped.

Awesome, thank you, next to 4 Privet Drive it looks huge ?, cannot wait to build it, potentially stupid question, but what’s the play feature using the cog at the bottom?
For me it wasn’t the windows I struggled with, but the solid piece used inside the door on the Astronomy Tower main door, was ridiculous ??
2 hours ago, Guyon2002 said:That's for the fireplace
It's indeed for the fireplace.

anyone who has both the Burrow and Astronomy Tower, can you tell me (or better, post a photo) how big is the Burrow compared to the Tower, because the same price but the Burrow has more pieces, yet irl it would be a lot shorter than the Castle (as would Grawp who is definitely not lmao)

The Burrow is little bit shorter.

What?! You have spare wands lying around? Well I never! ?
Just a "few". :P

Same here but only on the page showing what's included in each bag, at the end of the instructions in the ''overview'' shot Luna is missing as well.
In mine Luna is only missing on the "overview" shot. Plus I found it odd that both Draco and Luna don't have a wand, so I gave both of them one of the extras.

A couple of pages back someone shared a picture from the German Amazon which showed that the DA microscale GWP is in the book.
