Hey everyone. Sorry my whole house has the flue and I just crawled out of bed to check in here. It's really too bad that you've all let the scum create a bandwagon against me simply because I was not speaking. Everything I said yesterday still stands and I was never a "hipocrite" about bandwagons. Once I'm dead I sincerely hope that you take a much closer look at the two I pointed out and who have been at the head of my lynching. It's actually really stupid of the scum team to kill me so fast, I'm sure they could use me for days while picking us all off one by one. I would imagine it was just a random pic, there are so many of us to choose from and with the kill/recall ability there's absolutely not risk to them (as in they can't accidentally kill an ally). It really doesn't seem like there was much put into the why's of it, a first night scum kill is usually just "who probably won't be protected" and nothing more. What I'm most surprised about is that there was only one death, but like Mazziko said, a good vig would wait it out on night one so maybe we got lucky and have a good vig on our side. However, it could also mean that the vig was blocked, target was protected, or any other number of reasons for one kill. I don't feel like there's much to analyze regarding number of kills until patterns develop. Our PR holders know what they did last night and hopefully can get word to somebody to let us know if there's anything useful to learn from last night.

I am a bit now! When i wrote that there was only 1 vote on Marwyyn though, and the other vote was put on while I was putting mine so it was independent thought not just adding one to someone that already had votes. You're right though, it does give me cause for concern.

I've been trying to decide between Araveea and Marwyyn for about an hour and having some real trouble. They both did some things early in the day that gave me an odd feeling. However, the fact that so many people are just piling onto an Araveea vote makes me even more uneasy about voting for her. Araveea - First to start the whole traveler/scrolls discussion, wouldn't let it drop, excessively defensive when anyone mentioned that discussion seeming scummy. Marwyyn - Strange underhanded (not sure that's the right word) not-quite-accusing Cadd after an initial post, lots of traveler discussion that seemed to centered around getting the traveler to claim or getting anyone who hands off a scroll to claim they did (thereby creating a claim of elimination). For a negotiator, I'm very bad at words and explaining my own thoughts, but that's what I've got right now. Like I said before, I was voting for myself because there was nobody I wanted to vote on but also stuff happens and I didn't want to get a huge penalty for not voting. Jeeze.

Oh, no wonder you are so defensive about people being voted on for pushing scroll-focused talk. I think this is the comment that seemed strange at the start of the day and I was thinking "what a strange reaction to someone posting something at the start of the day, are they trying to imply something without saying anything?" Looking back at it, probably it's nothing. As far as for what /should/ we have been talking about? I don't know exactly, it's just a feeling I had and remember when something like this happened before - people got focused on some random role and talked about nothing else. That caused actual discussion to be buried (moreso in day 2 and on) and many townies killed because of the focus - and it was a scum that started the focus.

It's day one, everyone is accused by everyone for talking or for not talking. For swimming or for not swimming. It's always the same. There's nothing to go by except who's getting overly defensive and freaking out when they get accused.

Exactly the same sort of thing I was thinking. Did Cadd start it all or just go along with the discussion? I was trying to keep up on my koreasea phone and it doesn't load the site well, so I'm back on a psea and rereading the whole day to figure that out.

I never claimed I was, I didn't say anything, I was watching. Like I already stated, I don't have anything solid to point at yet. It's like people don't even read.

I've just been watching all the hot air around here. Really interesting how some folks got the whole day revolving around scrolls and traveler instead of talking about something useful. There was also something else that caught my eye with some early hours finger pointing that made no sense at all. I don't really have anything solid to go by though, not yet. Just like any other vote today it's all just nonsense and randomness. The first day of negotiations is just watching and hoping someone makes the wrong move, even a minuscule one can be used later to see the truth. Without a strong feeling against anyone, and just to make sure I don't forget to vote later, for now I vote for myself. I would feel worse killing another innocent person rather than just myself.
