Thack Desteck—Day 4, You Can't Be 100% Sure Maybe
Cadd replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I though to point was to vote for whoever your strongest read was on. Different swimming styles I guess. Worth a shot! Make up your mind! Is it crap or wee? Or maybe you’re a loud fart. -

Bah! Huh? You suppose Nerrio is scum, there’s at least one vote for him but you vote for Luxxon instead? What do you know that we don’t? also, to help with usage to suspiconize someone is to comment to different player “I think so-and-so is suspicious!” Often without much other comment or justification. It’s shorter way of saying cast suspicion on. And not to be confused with saying to someone’s face “hey you’re suspicious!” Or saying “I suspect so-and-so for these reasons” -

Bah! Buttsticks! Vote:Nerrio reading back over the last couple of days has been informative, but what really tipped my scales is a brief private convo. he suspiconised Araveea, Eeyara and Marwyyn. Araveea brought us the Coralaaze grogon result. Marwyyn is probably ok, depending on how the traveller is playing and Eeyara has been a consistent target of Coralaaze’s. in any case, he’s said plenty fishy and I’m happy with my read. -

Bah! apologies! I also need to make an apology, I hadn’t read the information I was given properly and made some assumptions about how things worked based on faulty reasoning. As it stands, I’m crossing names off the naughty list. Marwyyn is not on that list. To keep chasing leads, I would like to know who sent the traveller the day 3 scroll. -

So. my messages lit up like a lumesent coral. Thing is, several people are telling different stories. Marwyyn is the prime offender. Who’s surprised? -

Provided with scroll. I haven’t had anything to do with Coralaaze behind the temple. -

So. for the traveller to use a scroll given to them by a player they must identify themselves to that player. day one I gave the traveller a scroll. They did not identify themselves to me. day two Q gave the traveller a scroll. They did not identify themselves to Q. (Yes I know who Q is.) Seems like Coralaaze is claiming that she (or a scum buddy) received the day three scroll. I do hope that the traveller did not identify themselves to Coralaaze or friends. Or if so, they may as well make it an open secret and tell myself or Q. -

I replied to the thread, which was cached on my sea-pad. then sending the message refreshes the page which showed a whole bunch of new information, that’s what happened. in any case unvote: Eeyara, vote:coralaaze -

Bah. Threads i should follow all the conversation before sticking my paddle in. I see Eeyara has said something. I also see the spirit of pig has turned the tides on us. That said, I’m going to leave my vote and see who changes horses or hammers -

Eeyara has checked out of the scene and isn’t responding. regardless of her affiliation her silence doesn’t help. vote:Eeyara -

To clarify, you’re asking what if the traveller is just stockpiling them? The upshot would be the traveller is forgoing power for anonymity. Which, given the failure to pew pew any grogons is understandable but unhelpful to the oceanide. -

Bah weed. Now you’re being surprised for no good reason? Is what Eeyara had catching? I’m confused that you would ever have assumed anything except that the grogons are working together, even if it wasn’t all on the same page. And why would it make a lick of difference anyways, since we need to pew pew them all anyway. -

Bah Floo! still didn’t explain why you were surprised. Or even suggest that I was just getting hung up on a meaningless word... -

Bah precience Oi! Coral! You need your eyes checked. Bah! Illiterate litterers Err? What information is it? The information that I just gave you!?! Or would you like me to just blurt out how I acquired the information, whether I trust the source or what kind of shells they prefer? Fine. The answer is cones. They like cone shells. As for the rest, work it out your damned self. To be fir to the coral, I didn’t notice the earlier time he forgot me. So maybe we’re even. *fair -

Luxxon raises the vig as a possibility, simply given the numbers. I disagree that the dozen and a bit of us should expect a town kill action. Tameekys presumes other kill actions, suggesting the traveller might get one. She’s probably not wrong. But the traveller is not an SK so doesn’t have a native kill action. And I have information that the scroll from day one wasn’t a kill action either. However. Eeyara expresses surprise there was only one kill. She expected or wanted more. She seems to have more information on this topic than we do. It’d be good for her to share it, which is why I voted for her, to prompt a response. -

Bah whispers. I also have been playing whispers with Marwyyn. In that conversation, she side she was reaching out to various people because in a previous life she saw someone do the same and it helped them win though their crisis. We discussed my (non) traitoriness and the utter lack of evidence for a town killer, despite it being raised as a possibility by some earlier today. -

Bah quietness! speak up boy! we want overly vocal, noisy people. They make other people vocal and noisy. And the more that is said, the more we have to analyse. And the more chance we have of grogons saying something stupid, which we’ll catch and expose and lynch them and for. Don’t encourage silence, it only helps the grogons. Thanks again hoe-girl. I can’t remember if your knitting’s better or worse than your cooking. I do know it’s better than your kissing. Be a dear and tell everyone why you suspicion me, it’s really not obvious. -

Bah Snorfblats vote early, vote often. vote:Eeyara i voted for her yesterday, she’s been just as quiet today and has said something I found suspicious. She hasn’t responded to my calling it out. Where is everyone? we have less conversation than yesterday. High was, frankly, too quiet. -

Cadd replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Bah! suprises. Why are you surprised? Are you so certain there is oceanide vigilante amongst us? Or is it you’re really worried about that as a prospect? Seems to me this is a tell. Perhaps Eeyara the grogon knows their kill worked but expected a second. There wasn’t one. And so she comments the above from that point of view. Who is getting connected with whom? What are you trying to say? Is this about the recall still? Bah! Picture clues! I think the “killer for hire” falls under rule 12, pictures are t clues. The rules describing the travel explicitly state they are not a serial killer. They can only perform actions as a result of a scroll. There is only one scroll per day. Whoever the traveller is, they could only have done an action last night if someone handed them the day 1 scroll. -

Bah Ronnan, what is it good for? Quiet? I’ve had bowel moments noisier than out late Master or Woar. So, what got him killed? Is it because, as soul-patch boy says, he was quiet? Is it because, In his first post he says that if he had the scroll he would pass it? is it because he voted for Araveea? Or pointed out that Araveea voted for Eeyara? Bah. -
Thack Desteck—Day 1, The Gorgon Spies
Cadd replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Bah. Clams and Jellyfish. Our spineless friend is right in saying a lynch is, by law, not guaranteed. He’s wrong in suggesting that the information gained from pew pewing someone open and inspecting their insides is information of equivalent value to other pieces. I suggest it’s vital, since it is the information that gives weight to all the rest of the discussion, accusations and poking. If an oceanide is lynched, who’s in the sweet middle of their votes and why? If a Gorgon is lynched, who avoided the good reasons to vote for them and why? Those and other useful questions only get asked if someone actually gets forked. -
Thack Desteck—Day 1, The Gorgon Spies
Cadd replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Bah! suspiciousness. Im doing my thing, and occasionally special counselling the queen, specially. If various fish want to think there anything suspicious about the amount of time I get to spend in the queens chamber, or about what I’ve said or not said, that’s on them. Twisting words and misquoting is a different matter. Luxxon saying “Marwyyn said CasterCadd is a Gorgon” is edging toward that. No one has suggested with any kind of credibility that I am a Gorgon. Marwyyn did suggest I could be a traitor, sending a singlesignal. I’m not, but so what? If anything, such a suggestion demonstrates clueless oceanyness. A Gorgon wouldn’t point out, out loud, “hey this guy might be a traitor!” Because if he was, they’ve just drawn attention to him and themselves, instead of having a chance a quietly recruiting. Perhaps Luxxon needs to do some more explaining, help us figure out if he’s being deliberate in his misconstrual or simply naïve. -

Bah! Tardiness. hey eeyara if you’ve got nothing to add, at least say who you’re adding nothing to. Don’t get so caught up in your plotting that you forget you’re the master of negotiations Vote:Eeyara -
Thack Desteck—Day 1, The Gorgon Spies
Cadd replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Bah! Overly hurried younguns. why have we skipped straight to declaring if for no lynch or not? surely the right move is to debate whether nolynching is an oceany act or not? Then loudly declare that it is, and then to state you’re for a nolynch, thereby signalling you’re the oceaniest of the oceany. It’s as if people don’t care how they’re seen. How are we supposed to work out if someone is evil if they don’t try really hard to be seen as notevil? -
Thack Desteck—Day 1, The Gorgon Spies
Cadd replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Bah! scrolls. Someone gets seen handing over a scroll and they’ll face a mess of scrutiny and hostility. saying “I was just handing a scroll” has to be the weakest claim ever, how could it be verified? Nah. Which polyp came up with such a trap of a method? I wouldn’t want to hand out a scroll even with a better read on other players.
