About Me
Hi all, I'm an italian (very)AFOL. After an extremly long Dark Age I started playing again with LEGO Bricks with my daughters and collecting Hero Factory Models.
I really believe that sometimes constrains and rules foster creativity, so I gave myself some rules in designing HF Mocs.
My Hero Factory Mocs Precepts:
-
Keep it simple. Simple design doesn't mean easy: don't stuff too much details, don't overdo with weapons or add-ons, use ball and socket build approach
-
Design it as a feasible Lego Set: keep it affordable, use common parts & colors (found in HF sets or Pick-a-brick), use legitimate build technics
-
Be consistent: respect existing themes or keep homogeneity in your themes
-
Seek a Toon style: could it be translated to an animated toon? keep low violence and no profanity
Note: Zib is my internet nickname since 1999, long before Hero Factory was created. And it isn't related to the serie character.
