I watched PoTC 2. Not as good as in the cinema but still rather cool.

But since it'll only cost Americans $5 more than Barakki, with which you get lime green parts, glow in the dark and a cool looking set, it deserves to be praised. I'm buying him to MOC with.

Buy one. See if you like it, then make the decision.

I watched Casino Royale today. It was a good film, but the start wasn't very action packed, the end was slow, and it all seemed to drag a bit. However, there were some very good laughs and twists in the film, so I'll probably end up getting it on DVD.

Actually I'm told the XBox 360 has a better graphics card than the PS3. It currently has better framrates on games they share. It also has a years more time for developers to harness it's powers. And it has Gears of War and Halo. It's enough.

I have to say, I thought it was a little slow. The maps were pretty huge. The guns were a little bit underpowered. But I'd say it is a fun game and a worthy purchase. And the graphics for the pistol are awesome.

I say this taking into account the GregF hating here, but he says that the collectible comes in the second half of the year. And by the gods, I hope it's good.

The previous thread. I believe I'm LordThrawnie. I don't go on these days, because I never get much use out of it. I'm gonna get it so I can play over Christmas, though. I play Halo 2 compulsively.

You are correct Lord Admiral. That is Piraka Thok's face backwards. I think it looks very interesting and surprisingly ghoul like when backwards and a very inovative think to add to an MoC.

He's allowed to state his opinion, after all, what would we do on a forum where we aren't allowed to express our opinions? I do think he was a little severe, but in his transitional period between schools I think we can forgive him. What he did was tell Cyan what he thought was wrong, and from his post I would try and improve certain aspects that I could pick up from L2Ks post. On the MoC, the real subject of the thread, I think the sub is a very nice MoC for your first. Sure, it could be a little more shapely (bit boxy right now) and in the real world the fins at the back would hinder movement, but this is LEGO. In the real world do we have studs on the top of our heads? No. I also suggest you attach the engines more solidly. To me it looks a bit weak and, to contradict myself, unrealistic. Overall, great start with a solid base for improvement.

Thankyou for confirming the slight delay. JoeMI6 wouldn't believe me before. ;-) Anyway, you really got me excited about the console. I'm still skeptical but we'll see.

As I said on FBTB, I think these are very clever solutions to the Elites but they do have their flaws. That's Mandalore's fault, though. ;-) I also realised how much of a Halo geek I was when I noticed Spec Ops Comm. is holding the sword in his right hand. He's actually a lefty, like me!

I voted other for poll 1, since I like 'em all. I voted no entrails on poll 2. I voted that I wouldn't eat meat outside my normal types in poll 3. I'd rather go veggie. Extra questions... 1. I like eating carrots, cucumbers, and at a push I'll eat some others, but in ways of fruit I like all kinds. 2. I really don't mind unless the smell (which I probably don't like) drifts over to me. 3. Baked Beans I just don't like, but my horror story is about peas. I found a snail in my peas, and since then I've heard of other people finding the same.
