It is the opposite way : why did they pre-release Moonknight out of its regular wave ? The answer of that is probably "because Pogo did the same". By postponing untill a full wave is out they probably fear they'll loose market shares : lots of heroes were released by both brands at the same time between april and june. Pogo even released updated versions of their own releases when going full wave (51vs67 43vs71). Unfortunately for Xihn I usually like Pogo designs better so if everyone is like me they'd better release first if they want to sell, and now with their sh**ty prints i'd buy a pogo without real pictures while i'll wait real picture and even comments before ordering xihn)

Painfull indeed, but not that surprising : KF Brand is DLP but DLP packages with a few more bricks,accessories,cardboard while KF is the MF "only". Do a search for DLP9027 if it was the weapons you were after, maybe the seller initially put the dlp pictures from which the minifigures are the same.

I don't believe in a simple seller desigs something, even if he had access to pad printing machines, he'll still need parts with the correct colors and there is no way a seller could produce "only" 1000 items and can sell them as the same price as manufacturer's big batches. Another element is the timing, if you asked 3 monthes ago you could still think there were a link, but less than that there is no way your picture sending triggered the batch. In my opinion T T Toy just picked/stocked that one knowing there will be a market, and the manufacturer is not renown enough to be listed yet. I don't think Xihn released a two parts helmet yet, XH102 is an oooold release (dual torso prints -celebration medal or standard uniform- but old one part helmet) Pogo did the new helmet with PG633

Globally the feedback is correct and it is probably one of the most trusted seller. But "most" is not "much" : you might expect to have some missing items if you are not lucky, but at least they deliver the rest and as soon as you complain about any missing item they'll settle correctly. The main reason why there are so many pictures is that, this seller is one of the few that actually replace any commercial/computer generated visual by a real visual as soon as he has some in its hands. The real visuals are sometimes very far from the box artwork, hence our interest for "real" pictures. And since this seller is one of the first to put actual shots online, it is mainly a timing reason why its pictures are posted here. You could say that the visual has nothing to do with the caution of the seller, but on the other hand a seller taking care of taking pictures shows he at least cares a little, which is not the case with all AE sellers. Having a seller using its OWN pictures is somehow a guarantee that you'll have what you asked for : - it means the seller had at least got one and it is not just a catalog (some of us are only ordering when we are sure of the availability, waiting 20 days for delivery is long enough, waiting 40 because the procuct was not available is not very attractive) - it means there are less chances that they switch a brand for another for the same character (who would want an uggly lebq minifigure when there is a shen yuan ?) By the way Megao and T T Toys are the same, and they usually take two sets of pictures, one frontal pic for megao one 3/4 side for TT and that view is more interesting to have a global feeling.

Yes they probably all make mistakes but this forum is a good way to exchange honest feedbacks on the frequency of errors and how/if it was resolved. I only ordered MFs, no block box yet, but I can confirm I never had any issue with the "favorite" listed above I had at least 3 other sellers with no issue but they have a smaller catalog so maybe i'll stick to the big one in the future unless it is for a specific brand (eg : gudi, doll, jie star are not very distributed by the big shops) Some stores are controversial : wasswass listed "KOPF TOY Co., Limited" as something to avoid, lots of us here already ordered from "Minifigures Wholesale" (plural :1613002) which is probably in fact the same seller (same catalog), the global opinion seems to be ok, but on each of my 2 orders there were a mixup, so yes they do the job but not that well. Personnaly I'd rather spend a little more but have fully reliable seller, but maybe if you accept to go through a longer process of complain and reorder then those stores are for you. The most important is to blacklist sellers that does not deliver at all, especially when it comes to sets : 5$ MF mixup is not the same as 75$ completely lost. Another hint is when the delivery cost are high, especially for MF : this probably a way of saying there is no stock. (For sets it may just be a way to lure searches ordered by price)

No link but you should search for DLP9023 : all are in this set of 8. They are available as single sales from Kopf with refs KF018 Sneaky, KF013 Tank, KF016 Gamma, KF014 Blue Steel I am not mistaken. For Gamma there is also SY233c but this comes with more bricks and most likely with the 3 other 233 sets, hence a global cost less attractive.

Haven't seen any, but the latest non-clone set is from 2013 ! Almost nothing from that time were cloned (only ninjago were cloned at the time and big modulars/scupture recently)

Yes they are by reusing some elements, but I disagree with the "1" : DLP did not issued any "dark blue" superman nor any wolverine previously. Indeed not very interesting for a grown up collector since those were available elsewhere, but a decent release set for children which is probably their main target.

While I was inventorying my figs I found a set that doesn't match the brands I know. Does someone know what other brand than xinh and decool may have issued those : The set contains what should have been Decool-134-139, at list the character list matches, but the design does not match : - The support plates are 4x4 no inscriptions while decool usually is 3x4 - Hips are classic attachments (while decool are specific) - Torso design matches Xihn designs (XH106,41,14,39,35,42) especially for cyclops, and Batman cames with a black Bat-a-Rang and two cowls. - Bags have numbers 067 to 072 which does not match neither xinh (refs for flash) nor decool references (starts at 100 !) I have a question about old bootlegs and especially Supergirl : I'm trying to inventory a little and I don't know what to do with a curved torso supergirl : I'm getting the impression the original Xinh 164 has a "regular" torso while Decool 200 had a curved torso, but you can find lots of images on AE quoting xinh or 164 but with a curved torso and it confuses me. Do someone have a reliable reference picture for those figs ? Is curved torso only by decool or did xinh did severall batches ? I know AE sellers are not accurate/reliable when quoting the number or brands, so no AE picture can convice me, especially "generic" pictures everyone copied from the manufacturers, very few at the time were taking real photos and even if they do how can you be sure they send what you ordered : how many here already complained of mixup between lele and lepin articles ? I cannot tell the difference either between batzarros and collectors from those brands, if they are not anymore in their sealed bag can you tell the difference between a xinh and a decool ?

There were a first batch of superheroes numbered 1 to 18 Then a bunch of elements , mostly star wars but not only (dogs,antman,motos) with sellers referencing them 19 to 46. Within that bunch, especially for Mando-like helmets figs, they not only can be seen as pogo, but also refered as MG or LETO : maybe it is just a "branding" issue, maybe pogo merged with other bands, maybe all those were a kickstart and now pogo is in production ;) Anyhow, the "new" heroes line started over at 1 and is up to 60, so far with 10>12 and 45>47 unknown/unreleased. Star Wars line started over at 623 : who knows why, it does not even fit 600+the # of sw released before. Xinh for instance have a number printed on the plastic bags so the listing you can find is accurate. For pogo there is no marking on the bag, maybe it is just a few sellers that numbered them and all other sheep-sellers used the same reference. Finally, after all it is just a reference, and there are also some holes in Lego sets numbering, so don't pay too much attention to those holes (nor expect too much)

Yes cool except for the horse. For the weapons, those are clones of a russian custom accessory maker, but too realistic/detailed for me. I'd rather stick with more widely available BrickArms products. For the figs, I'll just say the Chinese army is not my first choice for re-enactment, but you cannot blame a manufacturer to emphasize on it's own country. I'm pretty curious to know what is their main target market : local or export ? ( but check the other sets from Doll : D16[0-6] )

I've seen in some "Article Details" of some sellers (but no trace of the band in the name nor picture) that MaceWindu and DarthSidiousPalpatine that appeared recently might be from Xinh204 and 205 but we'll need to seem them widely to confirm references.
