Although she's not mine, my three year old neice is slowly being brought into lego by yours truely. But then again when she came round and saw my Harry Potter castle collection, she said 'that's a lovely castle, but we musn't touch it'

I don't know whether or not this is in topic but is anyone else thinking that we are likely too see a trailer soon since we've been recieving all these pictures recently?? I hope so Does anyone know if Trolley is avaliable in the UK yet??

OR possible both came with pieces of a tower which when put together made a tower. Obviously this would probably require other packs. so I guess a teacher pack, Order of the Phoenix and the death eaters on top of the snatchers and dumbledore's army Anyway the chance of any battle packs is low so yeah. . . . . . .

I know that there is a very small chance of any Harry Potter battle packs but what would you want to have. I think that there would be a death-eater pack (3 generic and a leader possibly Scabior) and then a Dumbledore's Army battle pack- Ernie Macmillian, Cho Chang, Lavender Brown and Seamus Finnagin - that way you would get the ravenclaw and hufflepuff uniforms. But battle packs tend to have something extra. E.g. star wars have mini ships or turrets. So what would you want as the extra parts???

Where did you get them????? XD is it an IGN preview or something like that?

I dont know my Star wars facts but am I right in assuming that Stass Allie will be killed in this series by Grevious??? I think thats right, or is it Adi Gallia?? Because if I remeber correctly, isn't it Grevious who kills her and if they are willing to change the history of Even Piell then possibly we'll see another jedi master fall??

Only three of my friends know of my collection. But one is a massive Harry Potter fan, the other has some lego and so he doesn't mind and the other thinks it's a good investment I would tell others but in my opinion it wouldn't bode well. But that doesn't stop me buying sets (well only Harry Potter) But my family loves my Harry Potter collection and it's one of the centrepoints in my floor, my dad sometimes gets annoyed that I still buy the sets cause im not 16 but he still thinks it looks good when it's finally put up, my mum loves my collection and fully supports me. I'd tell my girl-friend, but I haven't got one To me they are an long term investment and a short term pleasure. I intend to keep all my LEGO for my kids when I'm older. I'm also trying to get my little neice into lego at the moment.

I agree ^^ people are saying that we would of heard by now but we haven't heard much about the other themes so why should we hear about Harry Potter?? I personally think they will release a few more sets for the new game and dvd coming out. What happened to the Lab and Tolley promotional sets. Did anyone get them or were they never released??

Do you think lego would make another add on for Hogwarts- that is if the Harry Potter line continues?? And thanks for the comments about my idea

My idea is another add-on for Hogwarts called 'Defenders of Hogwarts' It would include a building similar to Dumbledore's office in the 2010 castle, with a potions classroom on the bottom, Hopsital wing on the second an battlements on top. It would also come with a greenhouse/ Herbology classroom. The minifigures would be Professor Slughorn, Madam Pomfrey, Dean Thomas, Seamus Finnagun and Kingsley Shacklebolt. RRP- £40-£50 and the box would be similar in size to 2011 Hogwarts. Thats my dream set anyway xD

Why don't we wait until November. That way we'll get the release of the new DVD and possibly the game. Both of which could be prizes. And don't forget to include MODs (now I know what they are ) I have a few ideas yet. But great idea!!! Harry Potter needs a good send off

I'm still quite new to Eurobricks and i've always wondered what qualifies for a moc? For example, could the battle for Hogwarts moc be my Hogwart's set destroyed or would I have to design the castle and then destroy it ?? I'm sorry for being REALLLY niave but I just want to know. Thanks

wow thats a really good moc. the only thing I think would improve it is a madam Pomfry minifigure but it's still good. I like the windows and the bed :)

With little released so far, I am personally waiting for a trailer within the next few weeks. We've had a few screen shots but even those were a while ago now. What are you all expecting? What levels do you think will make the final cut?? How do you think they are going to portay certain characters?? What would be your dream game??

Hi all, I have a problem. I stopped collecting lego until last October when the new Harry Potter series came out. So far, I have all the sets apart from the Diagon Alley. Now, my problem is that I no longer buy big, expensive sets. However after seeing the Alley set at the convention, I was wondering whether or not it is worth it. Because it's an exclusive, does that mean it only stays for a certain length of time. My other problem is that I think it is a very expensive set for what it's worth. Please help, I'm not sure. But I am trying to slow down collecting lego these days sorry

The only reason the Harry Potter line might stay open is because of the new game and DHP2 dvd/blue-ray coming out in December/ November/ Autumn (fingers crossed XD) POTC might go maybe after one more wave- will there be another film coming out? Star Wars- ofcourse. New theme- Superheroes- City- meh Castle- the idea about the Hobbit is good. Maybe Did anyone actually see the contract for lego harry potter at all. I've read some things which state certain facts (i.e. that Harry must always be in uniform when in a Hogwarts set) but did they ever post it online? I've only been on Eurobricks for a while now so I don't know how it works. Well thats my invalid opinion anyway

I am unexperienced in this area but has there been any information about the other winter 2011 sets? Because if not, then why would we have heard any news about just Harry Potter? I'm not sure but it just seems a little off. I personally am expecting to hear any news by the end of August.

I agree with your thoughts. To me, the Harry Potter series should be mainly focused on Hogwarts. I am a fan of other areas however in my opinion, only Hogwarts has that proper playability factor. What with *SPOILER ALERT* the Battle of Hogwarts in the final book/film, I feel that there should be a multiple amount of rooms, all of which should allow the player to have multiple stories, whether or not it is the battle or trying to re-create iconic moments from the story. Hence the reason I like the highly criticised empty room in the newer Hogwarts. It gives the possibility for it to be a dueling area of a corridor or whatever. But for the moment, I've left it blank. I would personally love a greenhouse and another building similar to the Headmaster's office in October's set with the potions classroom and hospital wing as another add-on. It would also be nice to have another tower with Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff common rooms and another classroom in the middle. But these are my opinions and are based on my love for Hogwarts. Like you,I am desparate for a Tonks and I'd love a Kingsely. Whether or not they could be incorperated into a Hogwarts set would remain to be seen, and would probably come out in a Grimmauld place set instead (if thats ever made). I would also love a Fred and George again in another set only because I haven't got the Diagon Alley and wouldn't spend that much money on a set.
