What’s all this talk about a mystery $30 set?

Just because the stickers, some figures, and set descriptions leaks doesn’t mean that every LEGO/ Harry Potter fan is aware of Diagon Alley. Even if the consumers do learn about Diagon a Alley doesn’t meant that LEGO will lose sales cause of these leaks. In fact, any leaks are good publicity cause it raises hype and speculation of the set. I mean ever since we gotten those leaks a lot of people have been taking about the set. It would be nice for LEGO to listen to consumers but LEGO hasn’t gotten to that point where they need input on products. They still seem to be doing great despite the “millions” that they have lost.

The only thing that pisses me off is the thought of having to wait an entire year for the Gringotts stand alone set.

You definitely aren’t wrong about LEGO ideas being random. I think many see 123 Sesame Street being the next set in line since the two projects that were approved alongside it are now sets. I still believe my theory about 123 Sesame Street being released in November since the show debuted in that month over 50 years ago.

That’s is a good theory about the lack of any leaks/announcements. However, the molds for the Sesame Street characters are far too unique. That’s if LEGO decides to go that route instead of just printing faces on regular minifigure heads. I think many people are waiting anxiously to see if this will be the first Ideas set with new molds that aren’t introduced before it’s launch or recycled from future products.

Not only the sets but some have seen the CMF series.

It looks like my Target stores still don’t have the sets. I can’t believe that release day is almost here especially since US fans have been waiting since they were revealed.

SETS: Princess Peach Castle Airship Starter course w/Luigi Water level expansion set Ice level expansion set Characters: Luigi w/ Scanner Brick Build Princess Peach Kamek Boom Boom/ Pom Pom Or Koopalings Enemies: Fire Bro, Chain Chomp, Red Koopa Troopa, Hammer Bros, lakitu, and wiggler.

Are the sets streetdated?

I would expect some variants of already existing enemies like cheep cheep, bullet bill and Monty mole. I do expect to see deep cheep, Bull’s eye Bills, Rocky Wrench, Foo, red spike top, goombrat. As for the other four I don’t really know but my list is open for suggestions.

You do realize that there is about 4 months and a half left of 2020. Grand Piano was just released less than a week ago and LEGO ideas usually release four sets a year.

I think we definitely should get more than two goblins in DA. They wouldn’t require new molds since they can reuse Griphook’s head piece.

Gringotts is the centerpiece of Diagon Alley so it’s inclusion should be all but confirmed.

Diagon Alley isn’t Diagon Alley without Gringotts. It’s the center piece of Diagon Alley and is one of the more iconic buildings.

Which retail is Thwomp drop exclusive to?

Is the LEGO Thwomp drop expansion set a LEGO store exclusive? I haven’t seen it in any other retailer in the US.

In my opinion, series 2 is a good wave but I’m bummed about some missing inclusions. However, they could always appear in series 3 which will happen in the future. P.S KNN was wrong AGAIN

LEGO Grand Piano now holds the title of the highest priced ideas set and highest piece count for an ideas set. I just love how Ideas has grown so much over the year. Love it or Hate it but Ideas will always have a special place in my heart and my wallet.

I do apologize for the mix up but 21323 is Piano. Sesame Street should be set number 21324.

KNN was wrong about - Advent calendar being based on Ootp - Diagon Alley sets number ( He said it was 71045) - 75978 being a ministry set I’m sorry but deleting your account instead of giving explanations for saying wrong info is proof that he is a fraud. He rather hide like a coward instead of facing his mistakes. We need to understand that his “hints” were nothing more than stuff that we have been speculating long before he even showed up. I mean “Minifigs and buildings from different films” It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. “Vanishing Cabinet in DA” last one had it, so it’s possible that the new one will have it as well. Ya’ll need to do yourself a favor and move on from him. We didn’t need him before and we don’t need him now

The price point might not be as big as the Playable Piano but I’m sure the designers will do a great job with the set.

Probably in the fall November seems likely since it coincides with its 51st Birthday.

As a big Sesame Street fan I didn’t want it to be true.
