Looking at some of the maps made of Diagon Alley, it seems that Lego are definitely trying to recreate 1 side of the alley, which leaves it possible for other, more iconic, one off buildings to come later. Check out the link below for the different maps used as official reference points throughout the years. http://aphaia.org/diagon-alley-maps/ -

Let's keep things Lego Harry Potter related. This is most people's escape from the real world problems. -

I used the Lego Dimension's Fantastic Beasts set to create a custom lectern for Dumbledore. It came with golden wings which I placed either side of a golden 1 stud circle which I used as the birds head. I'm quite pleased with it. The main portion was built using the brown bricks with some gold embellishments. -

I wonder if the minifigure sheet will release next. 7 more figures to go. I'm thinking we'll get Madame Pomfrey and Skele-gro, Lockhart and Cornish Pixie, Rita Skeeter and Quik-quil, cat Hermione with potion bottle, Ron in Quidditch outfit and broom, Lupin with wolf-head and Kreacher with Locket. -

It looks real to me. The detail on the items convinces me. Looking forward to getting Myrtle and Bellatrix plus the Monster Book of Monsters. -
Yes, that's the information I have. They usually have a bit of a sale on that Lego range too but this is just pure speculation at this point.

Smyth's have a Lego Harry Potter event instore on the bank holiday Saturday. Apparently you'll get a polybag but it's supposedly the same one as last time - Journey to Hogwarts.
-
I got confused with the dates. Harry Potter's birthday is the 31st July. Need to invest in a calendar. That's what happens during the 6 week holidays, you lose track of time. The offer still stands though.
-
Smyth's in the UK has 20% off various Lego Harry Potter sets. I've asked but no one at Smyth's was able to inform me of the duration of the promotion. Available in-store and online. Offer may just be today for Harry Potter's birthday.
-
Hey, I've just realised that today is Harry Potter's birthday. I guess this is why Lego chose to release those 2 sets today.
-
I'm interested. Do you have any other way of contact? I don't do instagram. Would you sell the Bellatrix minifig?
-
I've got all the Fantastic Beasts sets too, including the Dimensions story pack. I use them as is or adapt them to improve the Harry Potter sets. I've created builds that Lego haven't yet got around to. It's so much cheaper than going through Bricklink or Pick a Brick. I just sell or give away the duplicate minifigs.
-
Totally agree. Some nice exclusive minifigures too. The Whomping Willow is a close second. It's not a great design on its own but again it has some marvellous minifigs.
-
I scored 12. I think I'll get my coat and move over to the Star Wars forum.
-
I've also got a soft spot for Madame Pomfrey. Must be the uniform hehe. There's also Gilderoy Lockhart and Fenrir Greyback that I would love to get. I think that although Harry Potter doesn't have the range of vehicles and locations that Star Wars does, it's more than a match for interesting characters.
-
Everyone needs to chill. This is what happens when nearly everything has been leaked. The excitement goes and the impatience sets in. How about we discuss our most wanted minifigures we have yet to see in the waves so far? My vote goes to Moaning Myrtle and Bellatrix LeStrange.

£6 off £15 spend in Smyths. Time to get the newly released sets. Voucher is on their website.
-
1) Clock Tower 2) Expecto Patronum 3) Rise of Voldermort 4) Hagrid's Hut 5) Beauxbaton's Carriage 6) First Task 7) Knight Bus
-
I will get the Expecto Patronus and Rise of Voldemort sets day 1. They are cheap and contain great minifigs. I will wait until a discount for the Clocktower and Hagrid's Hut sets. I think they're amazing but I want to get maximum value for money. I know that come Christmas, they'll have 20% off at Smyth's or Amazon. I'll get the advent calendar in Argos' 3 for 2 sale, picking up 1 each for me and my nephews. The other sets I will only get when they are cheap. This will be sometime after the novelty of the other sets has worn off and will help tide me over until the next wave is released. This way I'll have something to keep me happy in those dark winter months.
-
It is expected that there will be 4 waves, each covering 2 films per wave. After 2 waves we have had roughly half the number of the numbered sets. Have the rest of the numbers therefore been reserved for the next 2 waves? If so, there are only 16 more sets to look forward to over the next 2 waves. I can't honestly see the theme continuing after this. As said before, the theme is very insular with only a few locations and vehicles. These will be covered very quickly and it'll be too soon to repeat them again. I think we need to enjoy it whilst it lasts.

There definitely seems to be more of last years’ Bricktober packs being released. The set I ordered direct from Amazon is at the distribution centre awaiting delivery. It might be worth putting an alert on Amazon as the deal I got is no longer available. They were selling them direct for £18.99
-
I got it the other day direct from Amazon. It must have been taken down since then.
