  1. Argg! If Geoffrey be not a scummo, then that means no one else visited Mr. Triggs last night. This the scum kill was not blocked by Mr. Triggs, that means it must have been from Louisa's block. She blocked Timothy. I guess that there is the possibility the scum just didn't kill (what use would that be of) or a scary thought, recruited another lost sailor last night.
  2. Argg! That be a mighty fine outcome! Rum for all and all for rum! No scum kill either. Maybe Louisa had someone to do with it. Maybe Louisa's block had something to do with it I should day. Sorry for me french. Though if Patrick jailed himself, he could have actually protected himself from being killed in the night. Many different possibilitys here.
  3. Argg! So it look like another sailer ought to go down tonight. Hopefully it's the not so fun kind of party. Anyway pass the rum! The sun has started to fade, into a dark shade of grey, thus closes thy chapter day 3 The barricade is divided, a tale that's two sided, a madness, to big for the sea A claim of a blocker, a jailer, a watcher, and a drunker all claim that they stand in the right Though they all stopped to show, they had a thought that could grow, Barty was the crook in the night He put up a fight, "why don't you go after Timmy?", But no one was moving, thus the end was near for the brewster If the facts be true, a block could have stopped you, from a kill, thus you as dead as a roaster
  4. Ok, so here be some thoughts of all the teeth chattering from the past. Specifically about Barty and the Butcher (sounds like a romance novel). I have hid my full thought in spoiler tabs as I don't want to boar you all. Day 1 Barty votes for Mr.Ogden due to his face. Timothy is very mixed about day 1 lynches. He says that in the short run they don't seem to good, but in the long run they can help the town out. I can see his point there. He does not however vote even though voting has started at this point. Interesting to note, the night 1 diseased Jane Thornton votes for Timmy for not voting yet. Timmy responds and says that spreading out the vote is not good, and that we should focus in on about 2 or 3 people. He proceeds to vote for Barty (the past is the present now I see) because he only responded to the vote against him by voting. Barty responds and says there was no need to respond to his votes. I think he was trying to say he does not need to respond to a joke vote. He then agrees that those who are not voting are doing so for a reason, and even agrees with Timmy that we should narrow the voted down to 2 or 3 people. Even though he agrees with the last bit he keeps his vote on Henry citing he overacted to a joke vote. That's it for day 1. Honestly the votes against Barty never made sense. His vote was clearly a joke vote and I think people were making it out to be bigger then it really was, Timmy is included in this group. Timmy was very middle of the road that day, which is not really a bad thing but can be scummy behavior. He also joined a lynch that I'm not sure made a lot of sense. Barty agrees that we should stick to narrowing it down to 2 or 3 people, but keeps his vote on Henry and is the only one to do so. This is very contradictory and a little scummy if you ask me. Day 2 Timmy responds and says he mostly did not respond because he thought his behavior was not scummy enough to warrant a vote. He continues to share his point from day 1 about the votes for Pinkerton being useless as he was MIA. Barty calls out Thomas for specifically stating he would not vote for Pinkerton. He then goes on to give the timeline of the Pinkerton votes. Near the end he ask Timmy if he agrees Remy is the most scummy of those votes on Pinkerton. - Remy makes his first post in between the post - Timmy responds to Barty and says he because suspicious of the votes after I, Malcom joined on the wagon. He says they seemed like easy votes. He then specifically mentions Gordon for possibly jumping on an early bandwagon. He calls out Mr. Odgen for his odd quote. Barty states he want to look at the reason for the Pinkerton votes and not just the votes themselves. He then calls out Lousia for thinking that we were too fast to go for Remy. He also calls out Nigel. Day 3 Timmy mentions how we should look into the people who did not vote for Remy, as a good scum tactic is to avoid voting for a town member dead set for a lynch. This is a very interesting thought that not many have brought up. Barty says that him being a prime target for a day 1 lynch does not make him any more scummy Barty seems to believe Patrick more then Louisa, Patrick has not claimed at this point just says he was contacted. Current thoughts Timmy has been very middle of the road. Barty seems to go along with the group and occasionally accuses someone. Nothing here sticks out to me as super scummy. We need a lynch and I think more people are on the Barty wagon so I shall join. Vote: Bartholomew Brewster
  5. Argg! We sure are giving out PR's like candy today. This is honestly going to make tonight a mess. Unless we block the correct scummo an important PR will die. Argg! A pirate rebel I be. I claim to be a townie! Hahaha, teaches you to set rules for me! Ok for real though, this claiming probably won't be good for tonight. There is this thing called Persian Maple rum, try it out.
  6. Argg! I be too drunk to realize you did not claim blocker, but jail keeper. All these craziness is getting to my head, or it be the rum. I'm thinking with my not so intelligent brain, weather or not a blocker in a story with a jail keeper be a likely scenario. They both have the power to stop ones actions. Is it likely we would have two people on our side who have this ability? I am not sure as I don't think I have read about such a thing on other ships before, but I have not read every book that has been created underneath this beautiful sky. I think an eye should be kept on both of these PR claims but for now Unvote: Louisa Hammond Hopefully by tomorrow we have all this figured out. I think there is a likelihood that one of the blocked targets is scum as there was no kill action. But if Patrick is a jailkeeper there is an equal possibility that his action protected Barty instead of blocking him. So many things to consider. Yes these are the three options given that both Louisa and Patrick are telling them truth. Honestly all have an equal possibility of being the correct option. Neither Barty nor Timothy have been on my radar. I think we need a vote count showing the sides from past days. Day 1 Vote Count: Barty Brewster - 3 (Thomas, Henry, Timothy) Timothy Dixon - 1 (Geoffrey) Gordon Smith - 1 (Joseph) Henry Ogden - 1 (Barty) Alexander Pinkerton - 4 (Nigel, Gordon, Malcolm, Remy) Remy Fontaine - 4 (Patrick, Jack, Louisa, Jane) Day 2 Vote Count: Remy Fontaine - 8 (Thomas, Joseph, Jack, Timothy, Henry, Louisa, Barty, Malcolm) Henry Ogden - 1 (Nigel) Nigel Clayton - 1 (Patrick) Louisa Hammond - 2 (Gordon, Geoffrey) From these votes and our two suspects in question. It seems both voted for the Remy lynch, a lot of people did. On day 1 Timmy voted for Barty in what seems could have been a mini wagon (Minivan). While Barty voted for Henry. I need to go through the past and see all my eyes read.
  7. Yeah, I think the lynch one today, kill the other tomorrow if town is a good idea. Maybe not the vig part I have mentioned, well for one we also don't even know if we have a vig, and I think that we have enough man power we can wait a day to see the results and not have to waste a town role. We on day 3 and not a single confirmed townie has shown up, Mr. Triggs has also not be on me radar good or bad. This made me wonder why of all people Mr. Triggs was the one who got this info. I think that's a very reasonable thing to question, and I wonder why you question it. Argg! this makes your claim have a lot more weight. Vote: Louisa Hammond If she not be scum, then your butt definitely on a hot plate tomorrow.
  8. Argg! So it seems that we have two blocker claims. This be very interesting indeed. I do find it very odd for a blocker to be so comfortable with revealing this info to only one person. I'm curious as to why they trusted you the most too carry out this announcement. Either way we have defiantly caught a scum right? If it looks like no better outcome is for sure, we could always lynch one and either lynch the other tomorrow, or if there is a vig, politely ask them to off the living blocker tonight. Either way we kill a scum with the loss of a blocker. What would be yours guys thoughts on the option? I'm very conflicted at this point. Louisa flip-flop thoughts yesterday were quite scummy, but at the same time I find it hard to believe a scum would put themselves so far out in the open like this knowing there is another blocker about, its not like the scum are desperate and this is there only chance of survival. Also why this particular blocker was confident enough to claim to Patrick I find odd. I'm going to have some Persian Maple rum.
  9. That's a pretty big claim, unless someone counters then I could definitely see this as the truth. I would very much like to hear from Timothy Dixon right now. I'm not saying that her claim is 100% true, but you seem to be a bit too eager to take her claim as false. I would not say a scum claiming blocker would be a safe claim at all, there is a very big possibility of a town blocker as well so this claim would put in immediate target on your head from the real town blocker. The only way the scum could get by would be if they know the town blocker is guaranteed dead. Unless they have an investigator who investigated Remy night 1 then I find that unlikely.
  10. I was referring to the fact that Remy claimed a non specific PR right before he died. Now that he is shown to be on the good side, I see no reason to hold his claim as false.
  11. Arrg! I really thought we had a scum last night. I think an important thing to remember is that now it seems we lost some kind of night action. Not too good. I'm a bit curious about Louisa. On day 1 she was wanting to lynch Remy, at the start of day 2 she acted like she was against it, then in the middle of the of the day flipped flopped and said the accusations against Remy seemed town led. I would definitely like to hear more on why she suddenly changed her mind in the middle of the day. It seems kind of odd to be so comfortable with a lynch when you stated you felt odd about it, yet just because the lynch was not a complete bandwagon you are now ok with it. This seems very odd to me. Also good to note no one was killed last night.
  12. Argg! I seriously doubt all the spies among us would put their votes in one place. It puts them all under fire if the person turns up town. Some spies may also be on the Remy wagon be he scummy or townie. Scum love to spread their votes. It's not as black and white as I think you think it is. @Remy Fontaine unless one of the souls on this beauty have a change of heart, you will be lynched tonight. If you do be town then giving us your thoughts before you part ways would be very appreciated. You want us to win right? Staying silent does not help achieve this condition. If you are scum you should also try to make some accusations so we debate weather or not it means anything for 2 pages to tommorow. Argg! I just be joking you see. Pass me the rum please. Oh, Remy Fontaine was a brave young lad, and a brave young lad he be Though true he be french, his adventourus spirt was perfect for the Barracuda at sea Went along with the crowd, and flipped flopped about and claimed his descions were right But as the day grew old, and the beards grew mold, his quietness will lead him to watery grave tonight
  13. Argg! It worries you that there have been so many votes this early? I don't know if less then 24 hours tell the end of the day is early to you but I would not use that phrasing at this moment. I would be worried if there weren't this many votes this "early". Care to elaborate on this statement?
  14. Arggg! So we have less then 24 hours left and our dear french friend has only spoken once. Not only that, but in his post he gives no thoughts about any particular people yet insist the town moves forward. He has had a fair amount of time to at least share more thoughts but has neglected to do so. That combined with his flip flop attitude yesterday make me feel no sympathy for voting for him. Unvote: Henry Ogden Vote: Remy Fontaine I still have my eye on the kraken though.
  15. Arggg! The mistake seems to be your original post where you seemed to be surprised you were still alive. Instead of giving a reason why you said that, you gave a big confusing post explaining nothing. That to me is what seems like brushing off a mistake. Remy, you are certainly not making me any less suspicious of you by not contributing. You are getting scummier as the day goes on. Any thoughts on anybody? You have been very silent ever sense you caught steam. Did we catch a scum who is now trying to not dig his hole deeper by just not participating?
  16. Arggg! If you want the day to move forward, why not make some accusations against others? Who here do you find scummy at the moment? Remember, only you can dig your own grave. Argg. I am not one of them doctors, and thus your words confuse me. I find this a bit odd, like someone trying to brush away a mistake with the magic of confusion. So it seems we already have 2 votes for our fellow pirate Remy. I would agree that he be mighty scummy today, but not much resistance has popped up from Remy. Surely if he truly be scum he would at least put up more of a fight. Also as it happens already 3 have voted for the lad. Part of me is suspecting the scum could be directing us here. I want a lynch today and if nothing better comes up I will vote for Remy. At the moment I don't feel completely comfortable with voting for him, not without more discussion at least. I do believe in voting though so I will Vote: Henry Ogden. His original comment was odd itself, but his follow up is just a confusing mess which doesn't help town in any sense. He is smelling mighty fishy to me.
  17. Argg! I sing a sorrowful tune for those that fell. Though they were brave in spirit and loud with pride Imperial scum invaded out crew and forced the souls to die Ok, back to what matters most here. Very sad too see two of our own go, even though I had my doubts about. I still stand by my opinion from yesterday that to me Pinkerton was the best lynch option. As many others have said day 1 lynches are usually never good, and I thought if we ought to have one, it might as well be a member who is unwilling to commit. Let it be known I was not aware that he would have been killed due to inactivity so soon. As the late Ms. Thornton said yesterday (even though sarcastically), "At least he is out of the way". Even though I was member that voted for him to be kicked off this fine beauty of a ship, I would have to agree with some of the other lads comments about scum hiding somewhere in the party. I know I not scum so I can remove myself from the list (I don't expect any of you will which makes sense), that leaves Nigel, Gordon, and Remy. Out of those three I would say Remy is the scummiest as his statement feels the most like he is just following along the path others guided. Especially odd considering he seemed to not want a lynch earlier and is now ok with one happening, no explanation for the change in heart. Jack brings up a good point of him not responding to those that voted for him. I would definitely like to hear more from him today as I do think some explanation could help answer his actions. I have both the eyes that we're given to me on him though. You were sure the scum would kill you on night 1? That's quite odd as I'm not even sure what colour me undies are night 1.
  18. I don't find moving an anchor out of your course to be that much of a bad thing. If he continues to breathe and still un present, he provides no help for the town. If we keep him alive for latter days, down the road (or sea) we will still have to act as if he is here, thus a similar debate will rage again, wasting what could be a useful day. If he be good or bad, he is a distraction at the moment. So I don't find it odd to want to get rid of a distraction, especially on a dry day like is today, with very little actually suspicions. Argg!!!
  19. I am not artsy professor, but doing the math 25/75 of findin scum is the more likely ratio on day 1.
  20. Arrg!!! Fare enough. I wish you would have stated that before, but no need to dwell on the past. Unvote: Thomas Chapman Arrrg! I agree with your thoughts on no voting. Any mate refusing to vote on fate ought to be under suspicion. However, I find it quite odd that in your very same sentence you speak of this, is the same as where you first draw a vote. What was your reason for not voting farther before the road. Voting had been opened for a fair amount of time before hand. This sounds to me like someone may be trying to claim poison from the same water they produce. Just thought I would point that out. I still agree, we all should vote. Those who are not ought to pay for the rum tonight. Pinkerton, Finch, and Fontaine this is a call to action for you. I have read up in the ancient books (yes I can read a word or two), and have found their being benefits and disadvantages to a day 1 lynch. On one hand, you could catch a spy quick and sick, you could also be able to examine voting records be it either result. On the other hook, you could be killing someone of great value. If there so happens to be lots of spies, you could also be given them help, by narrowing down the living bodies. It's a scary deal, but I see the hook having more blood then the hand. Day 1 lynches could be helpful but mostly are not and instead harmful. If we are to have a lynch, I would prefer it to be Mr. Pinkerton. He showed up drunk and unresponsive to the meet and greet, and has now failed make a single word appear from his smelly mouth. He is not very helpful at the current moment so I will Vote Alexander Pinkerton Better to remove the anchor to save the ship.
  21. Arrrg! @Thomas Chapman I am still waiting for a reason behind the vote to make Barty walk the plank. I know it be day one and all but voting with no reason only helps the rum! Uh I mean scum! Been drinking to much rum.
  22. Argg! Why do you even mention our dear lost friend (or traitor) if you don't end up voting for him? Any expl-o-nation as to why you cast a vote on Barty? I vote for who I please! Vote Captain Redbeard (Bob) Argg! I suppose I should make a real vote here. Well I wish Tommy would give an explanation and maybe a vote will get one from him. Vote: Thomas Chapman
  23. Yes, that would be a good idea I suppose. And I am definitely not saying that as an excuse to drink rum! I don't understand the true meaning of the words but It's the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. Found this in our "emoji" treasure chest. Perhaps it be a clue stating that all who are green are spies. Ok then this ought to be quite easy. -Looks around to see no one is green- Argg! Back to square one!
  24. Arrrg! Imperials aboard our fine beauty The Black Seas Barracuda? An outrageous! I say once we rid ourselves of the filth, we clean the ship to rid the stench that the soilders bring.
  25. Argg! Malcolm Langley be here and ready to drink the finest rum in the land!
