  1. Of course Lego has originally designed this system for three years. With the series coming up as well as not knowing any sales number while for this system they needed to have planned the sets even more in advance. That’s for the summer wave. For winter I think they didn’t plan too far in advance (3 years) and started with sets that are more or less (apart from the boat house) stand alone (Hagrids Hut, Owlery, Flying Lesson). Now with the hospital wing there is a change in my opinion. The first is it directly connects to the castle and they give us more detail interior than before, even it is still not perfect. How I interpret things. They always wanted to keep options open to go longer if it is doing really well or there are some issues with the series. And now they did plan this set, remember they still need to do it in advance, with the clear intention yes we can continue, but it’s not a given. So they laid a connection to a potential Clock Tower set, but also give us some iconic scenes in case it won’t continue. So imo it is a set that keeps options open. But I think regarding the class room, they have understood people wanted to have them directly included in a better quality and that’s what we see. If they only have three big sets for four common rooms it’s a bit tricky. And while everyone speeks about the Chamber the real question is what will be the interior of the upper floors. And I think probably in their first draft they would have maybe included the RC here and go with both of them in one set to finish things off. My personal take is that they will continue with the winter wave and then it is finished and they will focus on the series. In general I think they focus on more well known exteriors like the Clock or Astronomy Tower rather than Long Gallery or Bell Towers. And after the hospital wing they don’t need filler sets. And the decision will be based on sales. If the big/expensive sets are doing really well, they might give us the Astronomy tower with a small side build for 200€ and if not so the Clock Tower (similar to 2019 just with underground instead of side build) for 120-150€
  2. Yes I think this would work. Actually had the same thought and also wanted to go one floor higher with the Tower. As formunder the roof section Divination Classroom or a RoR with the vanishing carbinet are my ideas
  3. Somehow I have a hard time believing that the Great Hall comes with anything else. I think we will see the Staircase Tower next year summer wave. And I also don‘t think we will get the underneath section. I personally expect them to be extra more to a playlet so that parents can afford it for their children. So my guess that the Potion section is the first part of it and the one that will go under the courtyard. Prediction will be Winter wave Courtyard similar to this years Boat house and Chamber to go under the great hall if the current version retires at the end of the year. Summer $200 Staircase Tower + the underneath section of it in a separated set.
  4. I think it is there to support the Hogwarts Castle Part Set as in the last two years. But that doesn‘t mean that it is the Slug Party automaticly. Because like you all pointed out before after the inclusion of Ginny in the CMF 2 it is pretty done figure wise. But I could imagine the Slug Club instead: New Harry, Hermione (creme Jacket) & Neville (with Pullunder) with or Ginny (with Black dress) and repeats of Ron, Lavenda and Slughorn. Some tables, Slug Party Lapinions, etc. Or Half Blood Prince Figures: New Red Jacket Harry, Dumbledore in Grey dress, and Luna in Ravenclaw Robe and repeats of Slughorn or Neville, Hermione and Ron.
  5. Are you sure the Ravenclaw is meant to be Cho. For me it is Padma Patil. I know that she is not Ravenclaw in the movies, but in the books and the figure is in my opinion much more looking like her then Cho.
  6. I think that Harry as Goyle and OotP Tonks are nearly confirmed by all this clues. For the last unknown one, I think ist must be from HBP as one of his hints has been that the series is mainly based on COS, OotP and HBP and so far we only have two characters from HBP. The possibilities are: Lupin in suit (missing one from Burrow set), Ginny in Badrobe, Levander in her iconic yellow/pink Dress, Pyjama Slughorn or Draco in black suit.
  7. My guesses: 1. Harry in Slytherin Robe as Goyle 2. Ron in Slytherin Robe as Crabbe 3. Cat Hermione 4. Madame Pomfrey 5. Rita Skeeter 6. Aunt Marge 7. Pyjama Slughorn
  8. Ask myself the same question. I think it will be either the burrow or the chamber as they are clearly the fan favorit sets, and I think he wouldn‘t make that commentar by a „normal“ set. But time will tell.
  9. I think the best chances now for the $99 one has the WWW set, as it has a very iconic exterior and a lot inside as well. The Burrow I think will be saved for next year, as the main set, as I don't see any other iconic part left they could use as a big main set for DH. Here they could include Hagrids Motobike as well. Grimmauld Place with the exterior, has only chances as a big D2C in my opinion.
  10. I think medium for year 5 and full lengh for year 6 on.
  11. Unfortunatly I was very busy the last days, so I first find time today to comment on the leaks. I really like this upcoming line. Grawp and AT were on my prediction and wish list, so I'm really happy about it. ROR Sound like a very nice set and I'm happy to get more patronuses. Hope that we get a wooden Death Eater statue as well. Grawp with the centaures is 100% perfect. The Privat drive came as a surprise for me, but though about it and think they were planing it based on year 5, but than decided to add the Ford Anglia to give Children more playfeatures, as they are their main target group. So I wouldn't be surprised if they are maybe in that set not that screen acurate and give us the minifigures with year 5 design and Dobby with his shoes and blue Eyes from HP7. So if they do so we would also get the missing Ron from OotP. I really like the AT set with Greenhouse and another Common Room. Just hope it isn't only the beds. Like some already suggested I think the AT is based on the Slug Party what I really like. (Just hope we get Cormac and Ginny as well.) Not keen at the Hedwig set at the Moment, but won't Judge till I see it. Advent calender with exclusive figures sounds good as well. Also the CMF Series 2. Think that we will get 2 more August set Releases, similar to the last year , with a size that would be perfect for the HBP Cave and Ministery Battle. Also thought about the missing villains and Ginny. I think they will for sure come with time and TLG has plan it very well, to give us as many characters as possible and not, 5 time the same Bellatrix Figure for example. What I really like. And remember they also need some good characters if they wanna revisted the years and do the missing sets. btw, expecting Lucius to be the villain of CMF Series 2 so that they can give us him with his walking stick. But mostly hope that we get Pomfrey, Sprout and Lockhard in the CMF.
  12. Lists so far sounds very good. Here is my prediction: 1. Crabbe House Robe – Cake and Harry’s Hair 2. Goyle House Robe – Cake and Ron’s Hair 3. Hermione Granger – Slyt. Robe and Cat Hair Piece 4. Draco Malfoy House Robe - Ferret mold 5. Lavender Brown 6. Fleur Delacour Lake Task – Grindylaw 7. Luna - House Uniform and Lion or Slug Party 8. Cedric Quidditch - Broom 9. Rita Skeeter - Quill 10. Kreacher – House Broom and Medallion 11. Madame Pomprey – Medicin Bottle 12. Gilderoy Lockhard - Pixie 13. Kingslesy - Patronus 14. Tonks - 2 Hairs and alt. Face 15. Sprout with Plant 16. Dumbledore young HP6 version (Chasing Figure) 17. Young Newt Scamander 18. Theseus Scamander 19. Leta Lestrange 20. Nagini 21. Ms. Rosier 22. Gellert Grindelwald
  13. I did an analyse on the first series. Nearley all were more important characters in standard robes. They should support the sets and they leave missing spots for the cmf figures. Cedric in Voldy's rise, Moody in the Clocktower, Dumbledore in Hagrid's Hut Draco in Quidditch, Luna in the Hogwarts Express, etc. So I highly expect Pomfrey for the Clocktower, Kingsley and Tonks for a possible Battle of Mystery Set and Kreacher for a possible Grimauld Place Set. Also think the chances are good for Sprout and Lockhard to complete the teacher line up. Don't see Mrs. Figg or some Yule Ball Variant coming.
  14. Yes I agree. Maybe with some dancing plattforms as well. I'm really hoping that we get the wedding scene. But I think Harry is a must have in this set. If it comes with 8 figures my prediction is Harry, Hermione, Ron, Fleur, Bill, Ginny, Xenophilius and Luna. Personal I would really want Elphias Doge and Aunt Muriel, but I doubt that Lego will do them as they were only minor characters. Expecting to get Athur and Molly in a CMF2 with their normal clothes, similar to their previous versions.
  15. I really hope so too. Here are my thoughts: Draco uses Dean robe style (Wand and ???) Crabbe uses Harry robe style (Wand, Harry's Hair and Cake piece) Goyle uses Ron robe style (Wand, Ron's Hair and Cake piece) Young Tom Riddle uses Hermione robe style (Wand and Slughorn's Hourglass)
  16. I agree. If we get a BoH set the Carrows, Narcissa Malfoy, Lupin, Neville are likely. Maybe the trio but the other I really don't see in such a set. They would rather give us some unexpected figures like the Grey Lady. The other main characters will be in other set. Probably a lot of them already next year.
  17. I really would like a big and complete Diagon Alley as well. But I see them never doing it. Because I don't see the smaller shops selling that well for Children, TLG primary target group. For HBP I expected either a "small" D2C Diagon Alley similar to the 2011 one (Maybe slightly bigger and more expensive), or in my opinion most likely only a big Weasleys Wizard Wheezes with some play future as a exclusive set similar to the Hogwarts Express. Price could be 79,99€ and including Fred, George, Ron, Harry, Hermione, Ginny, Cormac, Lavender. For DH I expected them to do a Gringotts and Maybe if we are lucky later when they come back to the earlier movies a COS Borgin & Burke's.
  18. I make some thoughts and find a structure in the released sets from both waves Every wave had a 19,99€ Forrest Set (Aragog & Expecto Patronum) Every wave had a "flying" set (Quidditch & First Task) Every wave had a vehicle set (Hogwarts Express & Knight Bus) Every wave had a carriage set (Grindelwald's Escape & Beauxbatons Carriage) Every wave had two parts of Hogwarts. One bigger more iconic one (Great Hall & Clock Tower) and one smaler part (not main Building) (Whomping Willow & Hagrid's Hut) Now are only left Newt's Case and the Rise of Voldy. You can maybe put them together as non Hogwarts placement sets but here I don't really know. So after seeing these structures I'm sure they will continue with some like making a 19,99€ set with Gwarp a tree Harry Firenze and Umbridge for example. By other like the Vehicle category I'm not really sure, how they can continue. I don't really see sth from year 5-6 they can do there. What are your thought on These structure guys?
  19. Thanks for the review! I will buy it as soon as I get some Discount on it.
  20. Does anybody know if we will get a HP Bricktober pack this year again? Thought of a Yule Ball Ladies Pack with Parvati, Padma, Cho and McGonagall. (all in Yule Ball Dresses).
  21. I made some thoughts about the Connection of the Clocktower to the other parts of the Castle. I'm pretty sure that it will be connected on the other side of the whoping Willow set. I Always thought the whoping Willow set has the entrance to the Courtyard but now I'm sure that this part should represent the Stone Bridge. So the Connection to this will probably be the other part of the Castle. Then the clocktower set will actually be there where the other entrance is in the D2C set. I know that the clocktower is lokated on a total differnt place normaly but we all now that TLG is sometimes not that accurate. Why I come to this idea? If you look at the Clocktower interior picture you can see on the right side that the connetion part is not directly in the wall, there is an angel piece in between. If you connected it to the Willow set, it will have the right angel now to look like the third part of the D2C castle as well. Even it's a different part of the castle. And the gap on the entrance really look like you can add the viaduct there.
  22. I know it is quiet early, but maybe we can make this feed more interessting and already talk about some prediction for a 3rd wave, while waiting for the official pictures or some more news. My predictions are: 19,99€ HBP cave (minifigures: Dumbledore greyish robe, Harry with red jacket and one Inferius) 39,99€ Small 12 Grimmauld Place (Minifigures: Harry, Ron, Hermione, Sirius, Kreacher, Ghost Dumbledore from HP7) 49,99€ Astronomy Tower with Dumbledore's Office and the Slug Club (Dumbledore Purple Robe, Harry Slug Party Outfit, Luna Slug Party Outfit, Slughorn Slug Party Outfit, Draco and Snape) 79,99€ Ootp Hogwarts with Room of Requirements, Umbridge's Office, Datda Classroom, Wall with Umbridge Rules and outside two trees with two testrals and Grawp (Minifigures: Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Luna, Neville, Umbridge and Grawp) 139,99€ Diagon Alley (Includes Ollivanders, Weasley's Shop and Gringotts with HP7 Dragon) (Minifigures: Harry, Ron, Hermione, Fred, George, Ollivanders, 2 Goblins, L. Malfoy and Greyback)
  23. My prediction is that we get the Pensieve scene from GOF with Igor Karkaroff and Harry + maybe a slightly younger Dumbledore or Barty Crouch senior.
  24. Yes he is. He did recruit me as well :) I have looked for some cool mocs and wrote "nice" or "great" under it to get my 10 Posts.
