You don’t need good quality to see a difference in hair colour, it’s definitely someone with black hair wearing a pink dress, the only person who matches that description is Parvati Patil, Hermione has brown hair and it’s very obviously not brown

That’s 100% one of the Patil twins, she has black hair, not brown and I believe Parvati Patil wore a pink skirt type thing with an orange top and Padma Patil wore the opposite (orange dress type thing with a pink top)

Ah, I only collect Harry Potter sets and I haven’t seen any other sets on shelves (I work in a warehouse but unless I care about the theme I tend to just leave them on the shelf and don’t bother looking at them)

Honestly, I’m the same and mainly for the same reason, won’t be able to get it for a while, and the CMF does look fantastic, I can’t wait to see the rest of the CMF figures, especially a better look at that Griphook and Lion-Head Luna

In the UK the last set I ever got with the piece count on the box was around 2014-2015, I’ve seen the odd set where we’ve accidentally gotten an American box (with piece count), but they stopped doing them for the UK around then nope, it was 2013, 76012 Batman: The Riddler Chase

Zavvi is really quick (in the UK at least, can’t comment about US) and the June 1st date will be the day you receive them, not the day they ship, they’ll probably have them in the warehouse now

Speaking of the CMF, how soon to release do they announce every character? Only ever been interested in the HP CMF series and that was 2 years ago so I forget ??

They would’ve been designing Wave 2 sets before Wave 1 sets were even out, so that’s incredibly unlikely, they probably realised a lot of people wouldn’t have the space for a display not in a row, I know I don’t, I barely have space for what we have now

Oh yeah, completely forgot about the fire snake, if they do it well enough it could be MOCed in colour to make a better Basilisk as it looks very similar to the Basilisk, maybe a fireplace as a side build

I think it’s fairly realistic too tbh, mainly because they are the most important characters in that scene, unless they’re doing it based purely on the battle between Dumbledore and Voldemort it could be Dumbles, Voldy, Potter, Fudge and a couple of Ministry officials with the statue/fountain as a build ?

It doesn’t really leave them out though, because kids would find wizards more desirable than muggles, as a child what would you rather have, A) amazing wizard with bright purple robes and a wand, or B) fat man with moustache ??

It could be, but they wouldn’t include Sirius because he dies, I reckon we’d get updated Neville, Ginny, (civilian) Luna, Harry (obviously) maybe a couple of order members, OotP Lupin, possibly Moody, a couple of Death Eaters, at least Lucius, and then maybe Voldy/Dumbles

I think they would be, if it came with characters that are more desirable than the Dursleys, the thing is, whilst Lego is aimed at kids, the fans that really matter (the people that were kids when HP first came out) are adults now and they would definitely go for sets that that A) great display pieces and B) feature characters that are wanted, and Moody (without Crouch Jr), Mundungus, Bill and updated twins are definitely more desirable than the Dursleys

Honestly same, I think it’s our best bet for an OotP Sirius (favourite character) because it’s either be that or the Ministry and we know why he won’t be in that set *cough* Cedric Diggory *cough*

Yes, where does the battle of the Seven Potters start in DH pt1? ? Privet Drive, Hagrid sized motorbike, Bill, Dung, Kingsley, Moody ??

They’d have enough of a budget to do a new hat piece for Kingsley, tbh, if they did it as a DH set they could’ve gotten away with it because the Tonks in that set would be the same as The Burrow, and they could reuse the Kingsley hat from the CMF or just not include him (as there are other more important characters in that scene in DH), plus they then could’ve put the Dursley’s in the series 3 CMF (if 2 sells well enough) and this year wouldn’t have included a random year 2 set ??
