De Sandman

The torso and hat are from admiral broadside (it's from the 1st carribean clipper 6274 but you probably knew that ) and the head from a newer set (i don't know wich ), i just like the combo

When i was 16 i'd chose to be De Sandman as a DJ name, because i was doing just the opposite of wat the Sandman does (put you to sleep) i thought that was funny because i played harcore house on the turntables , since then i was called De Sandman by my closest friends (and it still is), when i discovered the net (when i was 16/17 it was still upcoming) i'd used De Sandman as username on all sorts of sites and since then it stayed .

I love the pinetree , i'd never thought about using the palm leafs this way, if i may i will use tht on my next MOC.

Cool to see that nostalgia, i was a little kid at that time, i did get both of the ship from my parents, now i think about it, it could as wel be 1991 that i got those It's also cool to see other Lego commercials, i love the space commercials from 1979.

I would love to see more of the brown one , although all of the trucks look amazing , they are very detailled, to bad i don't have those big wheels or i might try one of myself.

This looks cool and feels real to me , to bad (at least in holland) the pay-phone's are disappering because almost everyone has a mobile phone.

I can't say anything else than , i like everything on this moc, the story is also very funny.

We have upgraded our catapult, we realised we were sitting ducks out there so we made it mobile. While we where testing our catapult, we accidentally hit a few orcs who were scouring around in the fields;
