Whatever it ends up being, I wouldn't expect to get something non-Spidey related if it's a comic D2C. LEGO loves Spidey and they haven't done anything else since 2017 (excluding mechs and Mighty Micros).

With the Shrieking Shack being a pivotal location in PoA and DH and popping up several other times throughout the series I wouldn't necessarily say it's an "obscure location". Have you considered that they could combine the Doe scene with the Snatcher chase? I'd buy that in a heartbeat, unlike a Durmstrang ship. Yeah that has been brought up many times before. LEGO loves spreading collectable items out over several sets so it's likely they'll do the same here.

Nobody is forcing you to lower your expectations, it's an advice. You can set your expectations as high as you want but don't jump on those sets with a list of complaints when the pictures come out and your ridiculously high expectations aren't met.

Last year we only got 2 detour sets and this year it has been bumped up to 9 in total (as of this moment at least). I don't think we need more sets based on past films this year, just go all out on DH in August.

If the printing is close enough an anniversary Iron Man fig could even double as the Midas armor.

I know I just said I wouldn't weigh in on the accuracy of prediction lists but if this is honestly what you're expecting you're going to be extremely disappointed when the setpictures arrive. Do with it whatever you want but my advice was to lower expectations, not double them. Can't elaborate.

$120 would be a great pricepoint for a Durmstrang ship but I really don't see LEGO skipping this chance to make a big set based on not just the climactic battle of this movie/book but the franchise itself.

Anniversary wave is june and the rest (bar AC) should be august. D2C should be a DA expansion with Gringotts. They are either a GWP or BH, I've heard it's the latter but I wouldn't take that as confirmation yet. Release is up in the air.

Not in it's default version, will require some (heavy) modding. Don't think you'll have to worry about that.
