I can confirm with 100% certainty, that marvel characters will be included within the Marvel CMF wave. My sources tell me that the minfigures will also come with a black plate to display them on. Also also, they will included accessories depending on the character.

one of those $19.99 sets is the FFH set, the 2 potential NWH sets are the other $19.99 set and the $39.99 set

if they don't, then I am buying the bugle either way so I will get an amazing Spider-Man set

if the No Way Home sets don't have multiverse elements, they are an easy pass for me. Especially with a D2C based on Spider-Man coming out
