Pretty sure they mean the whole changing account password thing that the staff apparently have to do to view PMs(and possibly to delete them, which may be why they take the board down every time a new PM gets sent around.) Though I'd think the staff have a better PM deletion method than that. Although I must say I don't have any particular fondness for the whole "veil of secrecy" thing the staff like to hide their actions behind.

In which case I'll be taking back a statement I made ages ago about Lego screwing up Mata Nui no matter how he looks. Reminds me of the Easter Island statues and the Iron Giant, which is a good thing.
