When I first got this set I saw that the spoiler had a black stripe, and then I wondered why TLC hadn't given the whole car a black stripe...so I did. X-D Front Back With StarGirl It's amazing how long it took me to find all the pieces I needed. I really need to organize. :-| It kinda reminds me of the Camaro from Transformers. KML

Um, so these are my first custom minifigs. All Four Doin' the splitz Yeah, so they're not great. My favorite is the one with Zam's head (I call her StarGirl X-D ). My lack of pieces contributed to their "StarWarsification". :-P KML

That was my initial thought too. But it's sorta growing on me. Just the thought of a large system F1 set is interesting to me. But the back, I agree with you, is just...bleh. :-X Is it 1:13 scale? Looks like it to me. Don't think it's 1:8 though. |-/ KML

Found this on Brickshelf. Don't know for sure if it's new or not. For those of you with bad eye-sight, like me, it says 1:9 scale. (Credz to Sinner) Kinda chunky, IMO. KML

8698 (I don't know their names :-P ): The red dude is kinda ugly; he needs a secondary color, me thinks. And his mask = :-X . The speeder is...um...skinny. Yeah. And the blaster was put in a bad place. He kinda looks like he's hangin' on for dear life too. Conclusion: Crap. 8699 (Taky! X-D ): Finally a complex Titan! I *wub* those feet so much! The shins aren't bad. The uppers are sweetness. The lower half of the torso is great...but looks a little lacking at the top (where it should be big and buff). The arms are great...just great. The Midak doesn't bother me, and the trident looks cool. Aaaaaaaand *gasp* I'm not bothered by the black! X-O 8941: A flying green box. Crappiest Bionicle set ever. :-X 8942: Hmm...now this set I actually do like. It has tons of new pieces and it actually looks like it was meant to fly. The red guy, however, looks a little scrunched. But I do see some gear-like things; a good sign. ... Gotta love jets. X-D 8943: This one says 10-16 instead of 9-16 like the other...hmm. Anyway, this'n is a giant of a set, although it looks a little like a lunchbox. |-/ But yet it somehow reminds me of a podracer. In short, it's okay...I'll have to wait to give my final opinion. KML

Oh wow, yes, I see the difference now. Big difference. Kinda wish they hadn't changed the colors around now. |-/ KML

I don't think I'm familiar with this "new brown", can I have a picture of it please? :-) Oh, and by the way, "frown" is the best of the choices. :-D KML

Well, I think the names are better than the Barraki's, but still, they're, "Ack!". But yayshmor for the Toa Nuva, I'm so glad they're coming back. Now I'm really looking forward to 2008, I hope it's the best year yet. :-P KML
