You're really insecure dude, it's super obvious and super annoying. You make this thread a very cringe-inducing read. You should be virtually slapped at some point in your life, otherwise you'll be this way forever. Also, as has been stated several times before, please stop with the unnecessary quoting of pictures.

Aragog is smaller than shelob by a good margin, but yeh. More pieces for lengthier legs could have solved this issue.

It's been mentioned before, and is becoming increasingly annoying: please stop quoting pictures. Aside from that, speaking to the thread as a whole, Diagon Alley is a possibility in the future, even though it's significantly less popular than Hogwarts, but apparently the d2c is already confirmed to be Hogwarts, so, no use in arguing that anymore until new news surfaces. A question to ponder: why on Earth would they save the Aragog set to be the last HP set revealed? It's supposedly a small set. That seems so weird to me. I don't doubt it's coming, but could there be more, other than the suitcase, yet to be seen as well?

There are so many other parts of the castle, and the size of the remaining buildings can easily make up the rest of it, fitting with the very detailed great hall section that will exist beforehand. The clocktower, the astronomy tower (both taller than the great hall as is, minus its adjoining tower) etc. can all be 1000 piece or higher builds, easily, at scale with the great hall. It would be all but disappointing if they just remade the great hall in the d2c. There's no point when expansion makes way more sense. Edit: fixed a redundancy. Edit 2: also, purely from a marketing perspective, it would really hurt the sales of the original great hall if the d2c came out with another great hall in it.

The two scars on the minifig are the same as the two scars he has in the beginning of the film.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but Lupin absolutely has scars on his face at the beginning of the film.

Hahaha that would be hilarious and I'd love it. If they gave HP that same kind of SW treatment I'd be so happy. Quidditch, Death Eater, etc. Battle packs HP style would be awesome.

Been watching DHP2 and realized we might eventually have another army figure. While not nearly as popular as dementors, those stone soldiers McGonagall calls down are so lit. A whole courtyard set with those and Neville when he lopped off the snake's head would inevitably be fire. That's a long ways down the road, but I felt like getting that idea out there. Also I guess those creatures from the cave in HBP could turn up eventually as well. Here's hoping HP continues forever.

More than just a touch of PoA if you ask me! Lupin looks fantastic. Still hoping to see a dementor-type in the cmf... doesn't seem likely now. Let's just hope they appear in other smaller sets as well.

My comparison is fair. The point is that he was a central character in one of the movies. That's all that's needed to be considered a figure that can easily wind up in a set, especially when Lego seems to be focusing on releasing sets in a fashion so as to bring longevity to the theme. That's a good place to end that discussion for now. You seem to enjoy arguing for the sake of arguing.

You're kind of backtracking on the whole Lockhart being obscure thing. All of the DotDA professors I'd consider not obscure. They've always played an important role in their respective books/films. You used the wrong word, just own it. An example of an actual obscure professor would be Professor Binns. That's someone we might not ever see. Lockhart, on the other hand, could wind up in a set, or the cmf, neither would be surprising. He's played about the same amount of significance as Quirrelllll, and he's in a set. Either way, Lockhart is far from obscure.

I did forget for a second about the car, but the piece count still seems high for those three items. I won't complain given those three, I'm just trying to make an observation. Guessing since that's probably the case, the tree will be bigger than the branch makes it seem.

Back to that Whomping Willow leak, with there being a seemingly small section of Hogwarts presented, as well as a somewhat smaller Willow than expected (granted, we do not know what it looks like in its entirety, but given the branch we see, one can assume it's fairly small), does anyone think another building might be included? Perhaps #4 Privet Drive? As I'm typing this I realize that house would probably come in its own set sometime down the road, perhaps in the Azkaban wave, but it stands to question whether or not more than the castle section and the tree may be included, given the supposed piece count. Obviously we'll just have to wait and see, but does anyone have any ideas?

That's a little sad... I've always wanted that bridge in front of it in Lego form, and with this it seems that won't happen.

Lego is going in the right direction. Still wish we could see more of that tree, but it definitely looks good given what we can see! That rhymed!

Has Filch ever been shown having this short of hair on the sides? Does definitely seem odd. I figured he'd have longer hair, but I guess they wouldn't make a new mold for someone like Filch.
