That is very good question. They are connected to minifig torso (placed SNOT), but old, not new. Check the difference between them by looking inside torso.

Hi all! Tartarus - Court between Olympus and Hades. My own vision fo Tartarus. In Greek mythology is a deep, gloomy place, a pit, or an abyss used as a dungeon of torment and suffering that resides beneath the underworld, but I refer to Christian faith. Or you could do this, which at least partially fixes it." That is mix of yellowed white and newer white. "Feel free to copy that pic and replace yours if you want."
