Hell @Tyke, yes it is a windows 10, the files a stored in my one drive folder, the reason for this to work from all my computers, Home, work, etc. the ini file is in the roaming folder under appdata after i send my last post, i played a bid more, the page.color.o=#?????? stays in , but only on the top of the ini file, but when i open BP it wouldn't give me any other background color than white just opened it again and page.color went back to #FFFFFF

@Tyke thank you for the explanation. my problem is more like, i really don't have experience with this and when i add a line to the ini file, as soon i open one of the LDD set i drew, it will be empty, meaning, only the first four line itmes are there, but what i added and saved is gone what i'm doing wrong. i would like to change the background color to a blue or green or anything else than white i have to say, i'm very organized with my stuff, so every project is in its own folder with and PNG or JPGs i did, or any other files i needed to create it so every project i open, i open from a different folder, might these be an issue? thank you Markus

i do have one more question, in the ini file, what should be in there? i only see four lines starting with directory.open; /input; /export and save with the path on each do i just add the lines you posted above with instead of an X by the color with something like 000000 or 015GDG, what ever color i would prefer? Also, when i open a new project, the ini file is "empty", the lines i added are gone is there anywhere a thread, where this is explained

Hello everyone, you all a talking about a ini file, i ran a search on my PC and I don't have any blueprint.ini on it. i just want to confirm, that i have all files i need. the blueprint0026 i downloaded has two folder in it (bin and native) and also 3 files (blueprint.bat, lenghts.txt and readme.txt, in the folder bin is the blueprint.jar, and the native has dll, dylib and so files in it but nowhere is a ini file. as mentioned prior, i'm not familiar with all this, but i would like to know, how to change the colors thank you Markus

thank you for your explanation i was confused, because there are only three lines in the "notepad" once opening the bat file i'm finally able to open my over 8000 pieces creation, the only thing, i don't see the steps, but i can generate the instruction and modify the layout. which doesn't help well, have to do floor by floor thankfully, only three

i have there a more silly question, how can i open the "blueprint.bat" file open in notepad i don't have the option after right click "open with...." like i have with other file extensions and when you say, "reinstall" i don't install it, its just a folder, where i open the blueprint.bat file do i have the wrong software??? i also should mention, that i'm not too familiar with that, so a detailed explanation would be really appreciated thank you

i'll try this out once i get it going again, but i don't have the option "open with" and when i change it to .txt it won't be possible like i said, no idea about java just played around on a build i did to create instructions and than needed to change something and now i can't upload any lxf files anymore stops at the same line, all the time tried multiple different files, all the same, not sure whats happening Operating system detected: Windows Starting Blueprint v0026.. is there a way to also adjust the length of the 92693 linear actuator??? i use it some of my models, tried after reading your post thank you -
In an earlier post, we spoke about the size (brick) limits of the program. Today I was able to open a 2000+ project and edited. I wish I could open my really big build (8000+) on it and create the instructions for. Like @iceleftd said, a big thanks to @msx80 to take the time and create this amazing software.

Hello everyone, I did, like everyone else, update to the new version 4.3.11, but like some of you post that they have new parts, i lost quite a few. for example, i don't have the 11214 the grey double pin with the cross axle, or from the technic beam 9M i only have one color shown, NEW DARK RED, and the list goes on. i also can't see the new Class Tire and Porsche wheels like JunkStyleGio posted, nothing. the last few weeks i was working on a new project and used the 9M Beam in different colors and also the connector with the cross axle. Is there a way to add missing pieces somehow?? Well i take almost everything back, found the pieces but only in the extended version of LDD, anyone has an idea why that is and how can i get them into the standard lego digital designer, i like to use that version, because i see what colors a available. any help is welcome. -
Hello everyone, i'm new here and i just found out about this software. i installed it and was able to click on the import LXF, but now the cmd window tells me 54 more. is the an issue with my LXF file or is it maybe to big, it's a fairly large building, and the LXF file has 504KB. please help, i really want to get instructions done on it, so i can build it and eventually post the instructions any help is appreciated thank you this is a copy of the log: Operating system detected: Windows Starting Blueprint v0026..
