My thoughts exactly, I completely agree with it looking like a slightly more constructed 2000 MTT rather than an improvement to 7662 and the choice of characters.

Wow! Thanks for this news! The minifigure selection seems terrific, but the prices are pretty steep. Both AV-7 cannon and Utapau troopers BP seem like must buys though.

All of the sets look pretty nice especially for a Winter wave. I believe the most sought after set will certainly be the Kashyyyk troopers battle pack as it will be a tremendous army builder. I'm overall pretty pleased with this wave.

It's good to see the Clone Trooper Lieutenant being offered another way after he was given away to kids for free during Star Wars days at Legoland. The price of this figure skyrocketed, but it will most likely go down now.

I thoroughly believe that the Ewok village is certainly real and it should make for a very interesting set to say the least!! Is it true that it might replace the Death Star that is available now?

Kind of sounds like a set from TOR! 75020 Jabba's Sail Barge: Max Rebo sounds good and hopefully better than the 2006 version 75019 AT-TE: A set that seems somewhat forgettable with the exception of Coleman Trebor.

Pretty interesting discussion going on here about the UCS X-wing. It would certainly make sense for LEGO to remake a UCS X-wing since the last one was released in 1999 (The first UCS set ever I believe) and it would sell very well because of its iconic appeal. The price tag of $99-$129 also would help the cause as that makes it much more affordable.

Battle of Hoth looks much better with the leg printing of Luke. The Umbaran MHC is also making me curious as to whether or not the 212th clone will be orange like its supposed to be or yellow?

I saw the Yoda Chronicles trailer this morning and I was quite impressed with all the new figures and vehicles that they introduced. While I am looking forward to a new gunship, the stills posted above show not many differences than the 2008 one. Given that they are the same vehicle I was somewhat expecting it to be more different. I presume that this RGS is based on Attack of the Clones in which case I can see that they included the ball turrets on the side and a redesigned front end. I hope we get some decent figures with it though.

That seems very logical. That gunship certainly does have many differences than 7676 and it looks more episode 2 like. I can't believe it has been 5 years since the last one but it is certainly the perfect time to release a new one and bring us an ewok village.

So with many new LEGO products being released is Star Wars on its way shortly? Or will they pull what they did last year and wait until the end of January to release them?

I agree, Rieeken was never seen actually on the front lines and would feel a little bit more fitting in the Echo Base from the Summer. (at least it somewhat depicted and indoors scene)
