Depends. They have lately been very concerned about copy cats.
All their secrecy and picture hunting. They seem to spend a great deal of time and money on that.
Soon those copy cats will not only copy anymore. Its already starting. And specifically on trains - You can already buy alternative tracks that fit and work. And you can buy them exactly as you want.
Works for me. Glad I am not depending on Lego for that. Same with doors and mods. That's like half of the fun anyway.
And just for the record. That passenger train nose on the pics that floated around looks UGLY as hell.
