I'm purposely leaving the shape of the structure the same. And, I tried cages, but it didn't end well. I was considering a monkey, but it was far to large. If you have any suggestions, please tell. And thanks.

I'm glad I was able to help! Those windows came from The old HP sets. I believe those two are from the Shrieking Shack (the set came with a rather small and wimpy Honeydukes, which the windows were part of).

I'd love a red one, as I could make some Space Odyssey MOCs! And I've alway thought that the minifigures were aimed at collector's.

On the Ice Fisherman's bio on LEGO.com, it says "And once, after three long months of sitting and waiting through the cold Arctic winter, he even fished up a magic lamp with a wish-granting genie. (The first thing he wished for? A warmer coat!)" Sounds like their hinting at the genie.
