We did a big Lego Christmas Village in 2017. We moved house and it took us 3 years to complete our new one on time for Christmas 2022. The YouTube video is here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=97cpM9DxY58

For the last 4 years we started our Christmas Village from scratch each year. Breaking the entire thing down, categorizing the bricks and then starting all over again around October. This year I think we may keep it and just make some changes for 2018. Lets see. For 2019 we will have a bigger space in the house and then we want to make it bigger still. Thanks for that. Hi Wildly, Thanks for the kind words. The train matches it really well. The one thing we still want to do is to create our own additional train carriage with lights. We got the tiny mobile battery pack on there from brickstuff so we could add dozens of lights in theory. I never liked the spinning Christmas tree on the set so we left that carriage out.

We have a family tradition of creating a Lego Christmas Village with our family. This year we took it to the next level with hundreds of lights from Brickstuff and thousands and thousands of bricks. The only official set we used is the train from the 2016 Holiday Train set to which we added a battery pack, lights and the remote control upgrade.
