The issue with that is that TLG doesn't control how many minifigures each retailer gets. The retailers themselves control this. So unless the stores that are selling out quickly decide to buy more minifigures in the next series, then they'll have more to sell, but if not, then they'll likely sell out just as quickly the next time around.
Naturally, it would probably be in these retailers' best interests to buy more if they sold out quickly or buy fewer if they had a lot left over. But things don't always work out so perfectly, and there's really nothing TLG can do about it except in their own LEGO-brand stores.
Bricktuts Blog has a supposed list of the Series 6 minifigs that was posted May 24th. Has anyone else heard of a list of the Series 6 Characters yet or is Bricktuts just wishful thinking?

Mail from LEGO, A Short Story
Minifigs: Wow, A package came in the mail today from LEGO. I wonder what's in it?

MBA Man: I'll open it and find out!

HAZMAT Guy: Careful, it's a head and it's yellow. It might be radioactive.
MBA Man: All our heads are yellow genious.
HAZMAT Guy: Agggghhhhh!!!!!!!!

Rocker: Don't worry guys, I'll get it! Hey it's kinda hard to breathe in here. It's like when I was backstage at that Cheech and Chong show man. Far out!

MBA Guy: Doc, you sure you know what you're doing?
Mad Scientist: Excellent, Oh, yes, don't worry. I've done head transpants many, many times!

Mad Scientist: SILENCE! Almost there, almost there. So close!

Mad Scientist: It's Alive, IT'S ALIVE!!! Muahahahahah!
MBA Guy: Is my neck supposed to hurt.
MAD Scientist: Oh that, Yea, don't worry about it. It'll go away in a few days.

Announcer: with his proper head correctly attached LEGO MBA Man is once again off to battle in the depths of space to keep his home planet safe from the Evils of the Galaxy!

OK, Just a little bit of fun. It was noted im my review of the LEGO MBA kit that the instructions, packaging, and marketing materials showed this figure with the Classic Head, but it actually came with the Neo-Classic head with eyebrows and a twinkle in his eyes. I contacted LEGO Customer Service by phone and discussed this with a rep and they sent me out the proper head.

Not bad MOD's 'LCM', still a little bare though, but the safe is excellent !

Keep going 'LCM', every thing you create or change you learn new ways of improving your previous work.
Brick On !

Thanks LT< I am learning that. I have a few things I want to add to the bank. Need a few more computer screens, Going to have to buy some "Traveler" kits at TRU but moneys tight right now. Got laid off on Friday.
You will also be happy to know that my little town now has a name.

-
This MOC is actually a MOD of the City Bank.

Although moved we still have the Skylight feature and the burglar breaking in.

Complete with an enlarged bank teller counter.

and customer area. This will soon be getting a loan officers desk cubical in this area as well.

A security elevator to the second floor where the money is stored (Not functional)

The elevator let's off at the second floor

Right next to the Branch Manager's desk.

Right down the hallway from the reinforced vault

-
Are you sure those are Maersk blue and not medium blue?
Not 100% but it's the same Blue used on the second floor of the inn in the Mideval Market Village set.

Here's a few interior shots of the Drive-Thru Coffee shop
The Cappuccino/Espresso Maker, Cup rack, a dish washer, and coffee pot.

The counter where people can come in and get a cup if they've walked or biked up.

The view thru the Drive thru Window.

working on a MOD of a city set next. Also working on some outside tables for the coffee shop.

Welcome to the town of Stoneford!

So instead of creating Topic after Topic about each of the buildings I make, I am going to start a running thread with my town adding buildings as I go.
I got really interested in this style of building after building my Grand Emporium. So today I will start with my newest building and later add in some of my other buildings that I've done since then.
Welcome to Lightning Hardware Store in town of Stoneford. The hardware store named in Honor of LightningTiger who gave me a few ideas for the interior.
The front of the store

The Rear of the store.

The Interior:

Credit to lightningtiger for a few ideas and for the rack.

Are you still looking for the Fright Night Witch, and do you need it with or without the cape?

I think this may be the best Lego Rescue Squad IU have ever seen. Keep up the great work.

OK, I've moved my pictures to Flickr sine Brickself doesn't seem to be working. Also we have added a park to my Modular Town. Here you can see the Water Tower that Dominates the Background.

Here you can see a small bridge where the river runs into a Culvert underneath it. This is why it is bricked up.

The town remembers it's fallen soldiers with a Civil War era cannon in the park in front of the Memorial Tree. The Water Tower is enclosed with a fence around it.

Here you can see the Culvert the water flows into under the bridge. A small pier with a bench provides ample space for those wishing to fish or just relax and look at the flowing water. There is a retaining wall opposite the pier so that the water doesn't get into the building along the river if it floods.

Here you see the view from the other side of the retaining wall looking across to the pier.

Here you can see how it fits into my town.

and the Entire Town thus far

Comments, Criticisms, Suggestions, and Ideas welcome.

Not bad 'LCM', fits well with you other two storey building.
Keep going and Brick On 'LCM' !

I'm MOCing and Rolling, I may have another photo or two to add of another addition to my city tonight. I'm going to need a bigger dresser. Especially with the Fire Brigade coming.

My newest MOC is a one story Modular Style Beverage Store. (Since Brickshelf seems to be down I've moved the pics to Flickr.)
The Front.
Here we see the news stand in the front with the entrance to the store. The local beggar out front asking for money.

The Roof
Here we have a large vent style fan and behind it a condenser unit. (More on that in another post.)

The Interior
Here we have a standard vestibule with security windows. After dark they can lock the door but still sell thru the access windows.

The shelves are stocked with a wide selection of beer, wine, and snacks. and against the far wall many kegs. Aparently a few of our city's fine construction workers have stopped in after work for an adult beverage.

Behind the counter the clerk has a desk with a safe underneath.

Here you can see the size compared to my Arcade and the Grand Emporium

And here you can see the entire scene in my Lego City. Looks like someone gave the beggar some money.

ME: Dissapointed in only one thing with the MBA set. The marketing materials, packaging, and manual all show a classic minifig head, However the kit actually has the neo-classic head with the eye sparkle and eyebrows.LEGO: We are very sorry that you are disappointed! We apologize for any discrepency with your MBA minifigure and the material depictions. You can contact Consumer Services at 1-800-835-4386 or request a replacement part here: http://us.service.lego.com/en-US/replacementparts/default.aspx I will also be passing along your comments to the appropriate department. Thanks LEGO Mann!
After posting about the disappointment in receiving the "Neo Classic Head" instead of the "Classic Head" as shown in the packaging and marketing materials on LEGO's facebook page I was informed that if I called customer service they would rectify the problem. I made that phone call today and the Customer Service rep is sending me out the "Classic Head" part #9336. Seems like LEGO is very willing to take care of this problem.

Dam, I forgot to ask a question....the entrance to the Target will be tiled white, but should it tiled white 2x2 or 1x4/8 tan tiles to look like timber flooring or pastel coloured plates to look like carpet for the rest of the store ?

1x4/8 tan tiles to look like timber flooring gets my vote. Looks great and brick on lightningtiger!!!

Neat creation 'LCM'. Great choice for an interior. Very nice details on the exterior as well. The cooling vents are a great touch

Thank You,
Those are actually pieces from a few old Aquanauts sets. After building the Grand Emporium I realized that something seriously is missing from it and the other modulars, With buildings of that size there would be some serious HVAC equipment on the rooftops and there isn't. Maybe my next project will be a line of HVAC equipment for the Modular series. They are so detailed by that is one HUGE detail I feel they are missing.

Oh, I should also note that while the packaging, manual, etc. depict the minifigure head as bearing the classic smiley that's been around since '78 (but is increasingly rare these days), the one actually included is the "neo-classic smiley" equivalent. It's still a charming, appealing face, and I personally am fine with the substitution (?) since I have quite a few of the old classic smiley faces anyway, but for some others it might be a bit of a disappointment.
Noted and attributed in the original review. Thanks for noticing my omission.

LT. your work continually inspires and impresses me. This build just keeps getting more amazing. What is the current dimensions of the project?

That's pretty cool. Interesting prizes, though. What little kid wouldn't want a drill after spending so much effort to get all those tickets.

Tea, the prize shelf needs some work. It will definetly be changing. The drill was more of a place holder. Plus a lot of adults visit arcades and there are usually some prizes geared towards adults. It was a really fun build and may be getting another floor after my next visit to the LEGO store here for more Yellow bricks.

Part #3 - Build #3 The Space Fighter
Step #9

Showing the "Tip" stamp

and the "Step 9" tip

Step #18

Step #20.6

Step #26

The Completed Space Fighter

Conclusion
This is a great set with multiple hours of fun thru multiple models. While aimed at Children and Teens the parts can be quite useful for AFOL's. The Interactive website adds a nice touch for today's tech-savy kids. From the Manual, "The LEGO Space Designer kit is just the start of the LEGO MBA journey! A Lego Master Builder Academy SUBSCRIPTION includes 5 more exclusive LEGO MBA kits and Design Handbooks, with each new kit and Handbook ARRIVING EVERY 2 MONTHS. Each kit will spotlight a different fan-favorite LEGO building theme."
Design: 10/10 How can you not give it a 10/10? The design is great. The models are well structured and the techniques used to design them are well explained as to how and why they used them through out the instructions.
Parts: 9/10 The colors (purple, silver, and Lime Green) are drool worthy but other than the one printed element, most AFOL's should have 95% of these peices in their collections already (though they may not be in those colors)
Minifig: 10/10 It's the ONLY set you can get this Minifig in and the Brickbuilt Jetpack is a HUGE plus that adds playability to it.
Playability: 7/10 The Helicraft in my opinion is more of a "Display Piece". The Rocket would have been an excellent play piece in the 50's thru early 70's when kids dreamed of being Buck Rodgers, though I can still see kids running across the room yelling ZOOM ZOOM!! before throwing crashing it into a wall. The Space Fighter with it's moving wings I see kids getting the most actual playtime out of.
Price: 5/10 178 parts for $29.99. That's just under 17 cents per part. However, if you get the full subscription it comes to $99.99 and a total piece count of 1125. That comes to a much more justifiable price of just over $0.08 cents per piece.
Overall: 41/50 It's a fun kit and the eventual inclusion of future kits makes the overall price much more bearable. The Online portion give an extra added element of fun (and promises more techniques and alternate models). The only issue I found is that some elements of the MBA website are still not functional as of the writing of this review.
Kits #1-3 are Level 1 kits and Kit #2 will feature Microbuilding Techniques, while Kit #3 will focus on Robot Design.
With Kit #4 you will graduate to Level 2 of the Academy and will recieve with Kit #4 a new Yellow MBA Level 2 Minifig. Kit #4 will focus on Flight Design. Kit #5 will go on to teach you how to create creatures. The "Final" kit for now is #6 and will focus on Automobile Design.
I hope you have enjoyed my review and feel free to comment and critique. If you would like any specific images (other than that of my MBA website code) simply ask and I will do my best to get them up.
